Very bad service and they are rude with the customer I went to the room and she spoke with me shouted. First time and last time I will never go back again. In Bankstown they are very kind and respect.

Worst branch I have never encountered such a service specially after explaining the critical health circumstances. One of the staff members doesn't doesn't belong in this place. Should have gone all the way to Campbelltown branche were they are angels. I guess you are treated according to the area stereotype.

A very kind and caring lady with white hair in charge of the ultrasound before my mums cortisone injection made it a very easy and positive experience at Liverpool.

Came here for a CT Scan with injection, they spent over 20 mins trying to find the vein then jabbed me twice couldn't find the vein they blamed me for moving which I didn't. Very incompetent! They then went to get a senior nurse whom put the needle in 1 go, Never coming here again. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM ANYWHERE ELSE! Bad experience and frustrating, Average 15 min process took nearly 1 hour.

Easy, fast experience at I-Med Liverpool all round. Ladies who did my two scans today were very professional. Very impressed with their customer service and efficiency. Especially the Ultrasound lady. Thanks.

This is the best place to come to. The receptionists are so caring, patient and polite with the amount of patients they have to go through. Drs and imaging staff are also amazing. Professionalism to a T.

I-MED radiology I can only assume are still in business because people are unaware that Spectrum is 100m away. Whilst the lady that served me was friendly enough the speed and organisation of the reception area was sub par to say the least. Full waiting room, a line minimum of 5 deep and not an experience you’d expect to have in a medical practice to say the least. Reception staff seemed more interested in doing nothing or talking amongst themselves instead of serving those in line. The gentleman who carried out my MRI was fantastic unfortunately the lasting impression was made by lining up for ages both before and after my MRI. My referring doctor said he preferred I-MED but I can only assume it’s because he’s never personally been.

Receptionists need to learn how to deal with people. The place is super dirty you can see the dust everywhere. Always running late so disappointed to see this in the center of Liverpool need lots of work seriously

Very unfriendly receptionists. Always talking with each other and Never care about patients. Even after appointment time also we need to wait minimum half an hour to 1hr to get our turn for scanning. They never care if patients are old people, pregnant ladies but they concentrate to talk with each other and Never care others. EVen they don't care about emergency of patients also

Wouldn't recommend for anything. Did our 19 week ultrasound. My baby has hole in the heart, extra skin tags and extra digit (thumb).
Missed all 3 things not sure what they were looking at

I had an MRI on my wrist in January and the report came back as having swelling only, no tears. After nearly five months with no improvement I was referred to a specialist who took one look at the films and commented not only on the poor quality images but the inaccurate reporting. He sent me for another MRI using a different company and the report has come back showing torn cartilage and ligaments. How can you get it so wrong? You’ve set my recovery back months!

I’m also aware of other people who’ve had wrong diagnoses made on MRIs.

If I have a choice in the future I will not be using imed.

Very unfriendly Reception. They can't smile. Always put their grupy faces. I never go there again. I asked my GP not to refer me there again. Overall I don't like this place.

The asian girl who took my son's x-ray was so so rude with my kid they need to learn how to speak and handle kids, or may be you need to hire more mature and experiences people who know what they are doing.

The asian lady at the reception was too rude.it would have been a half star if it wasn't for the technician, she was alright.bear in mind there's no extra screen for you to look at in the rooms.overall, an OK experience i've been to better ones.
