Maybe I was lucky but I had no issues at all the staff were very helpfull and there instructions clear and procise. Went in thinking the worst after reading other reviews but on my visit I could not fault the clinic or those working there.

Customer service extremely unprofessional. I contacted the centre and tried to book an ultrasound. After getting all the information, the staff started to tell me they could not bulk bill me because I have an interim medicare card. That is actually fine because I understand that a lot of places changed from bulk bill to mixed billing. But the problem is her answers are wrong! I asked her whether all I-med centres are like this or just this centre. Before I finished my sentence, she said yes. While I actually called other I-MED centre (North Straithfield and Ashfield). I was advised that they bulk bill. Also, when I asked her when the policy changed because I have been using their services and have been bulked billed before. She then stuttered and said today. Gee, I cannot trust bad customer service who seems to be just lying. I went back to my GP and asked him to refer me to another bulk bill practice. I will NEVER use their service again. And will not recommend anyone to go to their service.

I'd not recommend anyone to call them. The receptionist was so rude and careless it will make healthy people to sick. Horrible.

I was a bit hesitant to go to i-med in Hurstville as I didn't have the best experience in a different location in South West. However, all the staff members beginning from the reception to the radiographers and sonographers go above and beyond. Very professional, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend I-med in Hurstville to everyone.

Horrible experience do not go here! I called up to book my ultrasound with the referral emailed directly to the location from my doctor. The day prior I spoke to someone on the phone who confirmed they have the referral on file. I had to take leave from work to attend this appointment. I attended the location 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I arrived, for the appointment I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Then when I got to my turn they told me I was late for my appointment and they weren’t able to see me. I told them that I was on time and I had to wait in line for the past 30 minutes. Then they said oh well we don’t have a referral for you on file. I advised them that I had confirmed twice prior to the appointment over the phone and they let me know they had the referral on file. It’s not my fault your air head of a receptionist doesn’t know how to do her minimum wage paying job. Not to mention she looked like she had taken 5 Xanax’s before her shift she was that off with the fairies and slow.

If you are looking how to get there, go to Coles, entry, then on LEFT escalator up then right and you see it. Better instructions to find it would have been helpful. Very luke warm reception staff.

Both Staff and reception were friendly and helpful. Warm ultrasound gel? And quick waiting time.

Need to arrive a good 10mins before though because of parking + appointment, and the center is near roof carpark entrance.

*Train would be best for long appointments!

A star for efficiency but the staff here really lack patient care. You need to remember that your patients are scared and don’t do these procedures all the time.

Terrible experience. Really expensive place, do not bulk bill and even though we have medicare we pay high out of pocket amounts. Would give 0 star if possible.

Recent took my mum for a CT scan at Imed Radiology Hurstville after one week returned to my GP for result, he had not received result so he called Imed, they read the conclusion to him over the phone, as a Dr at Imed had not signed off on report. Turns out she had an enlarged heart and fluid, she is 88 years OLD! GROSS OVERSIGHT and should have been a MEDICAL PRIORITY! Please reconsider using Imed Radiology. Dont put yourself or your loved one at risk. Negative star rating doesnt even deserve a one star rating.

I arrived very close to closing time and past the last time slot for xrays but the staff were so nice and were able to accomodate me. It made a HUGE difference personally, as juggling work hours is extremely difficult in my case. I was extremely impressed with the service I received and wish to commend the staff who looked after me.

I had problem with the online appointment but when i call the receptionist, instead of helping out she talking rudely. I would not recommend this place.

I went there for Ultrasound. I was running late because I wasn't been able to locate the center. I called them twice and selected the options, someone picked my call and directed to take lift from station. (FYI wasn't helpful instead tell them it's inside the station, and tell them to take escalator) and I clearly told her I'm running behind. When I got to the centre the receptionist was asking me to book for another day constantly. I requested and apologised and explained her the situation but she was rude and throwing tantrums. I was told it was their policy to cancel the booking after 10 mins of booking time which I wasn't aware of. I was 15 mins late and I explained the situation but I felt like she doesn't care. But anyway the other receptionist asked the radiologist for me and sorted. It was very disappointing situation for me. I was asked to call them which I did and followed the options available yet they told me I didn't notify.

Absolutely impressed with the level of service provided. From the first booking the staff were punctual to update me with appointment details. Upon arrival the desk staff were friendly and helpful. The radiology staff were fabulous and communicated clearly what was happening. The most amazing thing is that everybody had a smile (underneath their masks).

Have always received excellent service at Hurstville I -Med radiology and today was no different. In the process of booking a chest CT scan, Armani was very thorough and patient in explaining what is required in preparation. Have nothing but praise.

Appointment started right on time. Didn't have to wait long for the scans. Although I was expecting the radiologist to explain the scans for me, which didn't happen, overall pretty straight forward. The report is said to be ready within 24 hours (xray and ultrasound).

Highly Do NOT recommend. Worst place and biggest waste of time.
Had a young man learner off a piece of paper instead of having someone show him the ropes.
A 25 minute appointment turned into a 2 hour appointment due to him not knowing what to do.
They then called me back saying the images weren’t clear enough and had to go back for another appointment so they could take clearer images.

The Good - Front desk service and MRI technician service.
The Bad- Results for MRI were not made available even after 5 days. If the results are not needed in a timely manner, go here, but try somewhere else if you want your results in a timely manner.

Lovely staff, but location is very confusing. Instead put "Hurstville Train station" into your GPS to get better location of where this office is.

It is actually inside the train station, above the Coles, up the escalators.
