12I was given the $50 mystery box as a birthday present. It took ages between ordering and the package arriving approx 2 weeks. One of my items was out of date 11/5/23 the wagon wheel so maybe you want to check your stock before sending out to customers especially the long wait time with delivery. The mystery box isn’t much to rave about maybe could have done with some more items.very bland selection not even a sour warhead. I wouldn’t recommend the mystery boxes knowing that the food is out of date. I do live only a 40 min drive to this shop so I will pop in and visit in store which i feel I will have a better experience. I actually did not know this shop existed until getting the package in the mail which was literally just a cardboard box with some scrunched up butchers paper on top on the products, So defiantly 0 star for presentation.
I give it a 3 because they are a good company but I thing they’ve forgotten 2 item that I’ve ordered
I do not recommend ordering online. I made a huge order, they sent me the wrong items. I contacted them twice by email to no response, then by phone where they told me they would look into it and then never contacted me back. They clearly do not value their customers and I will tell anyone who asks to avoid this business.
I had to give a 5 because my parcel was packed so beautifully & the lolly selection is the best you’ll find in Aus You can tell the company love what they do and want to do the best for their customers!
The only thing I was upset about was how bad the shipping service (sendle) was. I ordered on the 29 Sep and didn’t receive my order till 20 Oct as the service lost my parcel in their depot. Despite Sendle saying my parcel was dissolved early on, I couldn’t launch an investigation until the ETA was surpassed. It took them 5 extra business days to investigate to which they didn’t update me until the parcel was delivered. So you can understand my frustration but that isn’t ilovelollies fault at all. I would just recommend maybe changing to a more reliable delivery service after I read other reviews with similar issues.
I will say though, after I opened my box and dug into the lollies, it was worth the wait. So that’s why I had to give 5/5 Maybe next time I’ll make the 2 hour drive to their store instead to save myself from waiting so long?
Don't order online unless you like waiting 4 weeks for your package to arrive as they use Sendle and it took them almost 2 weeks to actually pack and send it.
Don’t trust their opening hours iv been there a few times now and there always closed when there ment to be open
Edit: Prompt response from owner who explained and is rectifying the issues I had which were caused outside of ILuvLollies control. A+ customer service and a reassuring outcome

Without realising, I mistakenly ordered the wrong product. When i complainted I immediately got a call from a very politie, understanding and helpful man.
He politely pointed out my mistake and showed great sympathy for my want of a nostalgic lolly. He offered to send me a product which he thought may suit me, for free.
Completely unessary but it was greatly appreciated. I will continue to use I luv lollies and highly recommend them because of their brilliant customer service.
Ordered some energy drinks and the lovely people at this business took the time to individually wrap EACH can so that they didn’t get damaged in transit. The courier used was Sendle who outsourced to CouriersPlease which concerned me at first due to their negative reputation however I’m pleased to say that delivery was ultra quick and the parcel was in perfect condition. Will definitely be keeping this business in mind for future purchases, highly recommend.
I have purchased from I Luv Lollies on numerous occasions (from their website) and the team have always gone beyond my expectations. I live in Sydney so it was so easy to chat via messenger to organise delivery to my father and mother who live in Ballina. Great range of retro lollies that takes me back to my school days, backed up with excellent customer service. Willy Wonka would be proud.
Amazing range of lollies, some old school favourites & new delights. Loved my order, was excited to receive items that I loved as a kid. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you.
