Chantel always takes the time to review and assess my hair at every appointment. My hair has never looked or felt better. Anyone looking for a professional, warm, welcoming hair salon, this is the place.

I’ve been going to I Am Hair for years, and have even followed them to their ‘new’ location lol! Service is just another level with the girls here, and I feel they really do consider everything- from a relaxing scalp massage on arrival, to food/drinks etc. Georgia does my hair, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. Her attention to detail is amazing, along with her knowledge she’s willing to share with you! I love picking her brain. They really try work with the customer, and for me, understand how to achieve a ‘lived in’ hair colour. Always recommend!

I absolutely love the team at I Am Hair. Emma has been doing my hair for close to eight years - she knows me, knows my hair and knows exactly what I do and don’t like when it comes to my hair. The atmosphere at I Am Hair is relaxing and chilled and never fails to have me leaving the salon feeling fresh and ready to face the day. Could not recommend Emma and the team enough!

I will never go anywhere else for my hair again! I always leave the salon happy and my hair has truly never felt or looked better. The salon itself is beautiful and all the girls are really welcoming. Little touches like being offered a head, neck, and shoulder massage (the best!) and a drink really make the experience a treat. You can tell that everyone is super knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. Chantel, the owner, always makes sure to check in with you and see how everything is going. Georgia is a master at what she does and gave me the perfect colour even though I was vague with what I wanted. I also love the lived-in look that I Am Hair specialises in! So worth it and I can’t wait to go back.

I absolutely LOVE getting my hair done at I Am Hair Dural. They are my go-to hairdressers since I started visiting them about 2 years ago, and I know I will only be going back to them each time. I love the thought they put into the whole experience for the client, from beautiful welcomes and service, to the gorgeous and aesthetic ambience, their complimentary head and neck massages, tea/coffee or cocktails and exceptional work with hair colouring and styling— it is truly a wonderful experience. I know that I will always walk out of the salon satisfied because they always do an amazing job and I always get compliments on the colour and shine! I also use the products recommended by I Am Hair Dural for my hair type and colour and have always been using them ever since. In particular I always use Kevin Murphy and Virtue products they recommend, they literally know what is best for your hair! Going to a new salon can sometimes be so scary and overwhelming but all the staff members at I am Hair are so kind, professional and friendly and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I had Elle as my stylist and I highly recommend her, she is so sweet and in my consult with her she actually took the time to explain to me exactly what she was going to do and gave me her input on what would look best for me. The whole team at I am Hair go above and beyond and made my experience great by constantly checking in on me during my appointment, and offering me complementary neck and shoulder massages and drinks throughout. Not to mention the salon is breath taking with such a beautiful atmosphere.

I am so in love with the results from my appointment, and have never gotten so many complements from others before. My hair used to be so damaged and dull from past salons. But after visiting I am Hair it now looks and feels so beautiful, and has the colour, shine, life and brightness that I have always wanted. I cannot thank the team at I am Hair enough!

All the staff are lovely, welcoming and super attentive - it doesn’t feel like some other hair salons that can be really highly strung. In fact I kind of felt like I was at a day spa! The complementary head massage to start with was a welcome surprise. I had my hair coloured & cut by the wonderful Elle who is such a delight and extremely talented.
