Excellent training and old school instruction,
So glad I found this traditional Korean taekwondo Academy,
Great for young kids self defence and excellent tournament training.

Its pretty fun.its really safe, matted floor with punch bags to kick and punch away.people are great and its fun to train with high levels.they really give you an insight on what your doing.enjoyed it and will go again.pretty good for your money as well.really recommend it.
