Very Aggressive and Abusive female construction worker at Spring St Bondi Junction “Whitton Lane” site. Screaming and yelling at pedestrians when they walk pass, calling people “stupid” when she was not directing traffic nor was she holding the traffic control sign.

Bathroom has lots of issues - they used white grout between tiles and it got stained / turning yellowish very soon when we moved in / within month or two. There are cracks in the tiles and the little pieces kept falling out. They did come to fix it, twice. First time they seal it with silicon, and it falls out again within two weeks. Second time it was redone with grout, and the quality is still very concerning. I don’t know what else I can do. Quality of the work is the issue.

They do not fix snags as they should, snags can drag over a year, no action to fix. Keep dragging. Giving the wrong keys and never correct as well.

Is the site this collapsed scaffolding thst killed a young boy your company. This is tragic man.

Great coffee and really great snack food.
Seats are a little uncomfortable though.

Poor quality of built for a townhouse. Multiple defects identified, and poor waterproofing resulting in kitchen being flooded after heavy rain. Would not recommend.

I do not recommend working for this company, they take no resposibility for their contractors to adhere to laws and statutary declarations, they are unwilling to make sure their contractors are paid, they refuse to release details of companies so monies owed can be garnished from them. Shocking to see how they can be so downright flippant of people who have been stolen from whilst working on their sites.if you work on any of their sites i suggest you get substantial deposits. Yoy should be ashamed of yourself.
