Unrealiable and untrustworthy. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this service. We had them pull out days before our move despite it being confirmed a month prior. They didn’t even try to organise for someone else to attend. This left us in a very difficult position. Really disappointed. Would not recommend.

I’d heard great things about this company through local social media groups, so checked out their website for details. I left a message on their “Contact Us” page. A week later I had no reply but they were spruiking for business on socials. So I asked why they hadn’t replied to contacts on their own website. They didn’t give an answer about their website but asked me to DM them so I did.

After four days of never getting a straight answer to any of my questions except the ones that suit them. I’d ask for a day and time that suits, they’d give me a day but no time. I’d suggest a time, they’d tell me that doesn’t work but not offer an alternative. Now they’ve ghosted me before even booking a visit to quote.

People reach out to cleaners because they are looking for help. They shouldn’t have yet another chore of trying to actually get the company to engage. Either you want my business or you don’t. Just be up front about it.

Sharen & John just completed a full spring clean of our home. We're very happy. Have tried a few cleaners in the past and never used them again but I will definitely be using Sharen & John again. Not only does our home look great but hubby and I feel great.

A very big thank you to Husband and Wife Cleaning for completing out end of tenancy clean. We had so much on while trying to sell and move with little kids that we just wanted someone who was going to come in and make the job easy for us. The clean was amazing. It looked brand new and our house was ready for it's new owners and we didn't have to lift a finger. Thank you muchly. Could not recommend highly enough.

Requested for a quote, which was fine. On the day of the quote I messaged them after 10 mins of them being late to see where they were at, as it’s a Saturday and wanted to head out. Got told they would be another 40 mins. Not particularly impressed, but these things happen.

Rescheduled the quote for the following Monday, then asked to change to Tuesday and then called on Monday to ask if it was ok to come up. Not the most organised but keen, appreciated it. Sharen seemed lovely and honest. Quote was fair.

Messaged back on Tuesday to say happy with quote, on Wednesday I got a response that they would get back to me. Also a week later no response, so thought my messaged went missing. Messaged back in case, and got an apology and said they would be happy to quote me tomorrow. What the? ! Messaged back to say I was already quoted and got ‘Lol ok’ as a response. What a response, could of told me they weren’t interested.

All I can say is don’t bother unless you want your time to be wasted. Incredibly disappointed!

Sharen and John (& their staff) have been cleaning my apartment for 10+ years. They are friendly and efficient.
Very personable and easy to get along with.
