Doctors are very professional and very polite, patient, and nice, the receptionists a bit rude though.

The most difficult to connect call if you trying to call centre. Despite the extra booking fee that you need to pay for the appointment, which is fine. But it might to be unreasonable when you have to pay a booking fee for just to get the medical result from the GP, even it is just like a call from GP saying the result is all good.

Dr Anthony Phang is an amazing doctor. He is detailed and thorough, always go above and beyond to ensure his patients are receiving the best care.

My daughter saw Dr David Wang at Hurstville City Medical Centre & he was great! Very thorough and very nice Dr. Highly recommend.

Never on time. Takes them over 15 minutes to answer the phone.
Was told Telehealth appointment is better than going in for results and that they will be on time for phone call. When I called an hour after my so called appointment time to ask where the Dr was I was hurried off the phone and told ‘we never run on time for Telehealth it’s whenever the Dr can call you. Could be 4 or 5pm’. Even though my appointment was at 2pm. Joke of centre.

The attitude of the front desk is really bad. There are a few consultations and I don’t bother to take care of you when it’s my turn. You just let you wait.: 40, I didn't see it until about eleven o'clock

I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late, they did not let me know the doctor was 40+ minutes late and I had to go to work so I couldn’t wait

Dr Anthony Phang has a lovely demeanour, empathetic and seems to genuinely care about his patients. My family and I have been seeing him for about 3 years and have never felt rushed despite the long wait time and busyness in the waiting room. Would recommend changing the system so good doctors like Dr Phang stay.

Dr Anthony Phang is efficient, knowledgeable and caring. The nurse did a great job with vaccinating my 6 week old baby.

I had a severe cut on my finger and went to Hurstville City Medical Centre for urgent treatment. Dr Ei Ei (Samantha Lee) attended to me. I found Dr. Lee courteous, efficient and professional. I am extremely happy with her service. I will certainly recommend all my friends to Hurstville City Medical Centre.

Waiting is a bit long but understandable in a bulk billing practice. Consultation was great and efficient.

It’s the first place ever that ask patient to wear masks but don’t provide masks for free which you have to buy for $1.5 each. Also, I could never get through the phone which I already tried 8 times.

Horrible experience. First and, will definitely be, my last time here.

Waited for Dr. David Wang for an hour but turns out he was out doing some chores. The front desk had to scramble to squeeze me in with another GP.

To Dr. Wang, I understand these things happen but seriously.please respect other people's time, you know.be a professional!?

Appointment at this clinic is absolutely useless. Average waiting is 1.5 hours even with booking. Some doctors should not be called doctor as they sees the patient with no respect. Only a couple of doctors are good if you are lucky.

It would be hard to recommend for anything other than minor issues. Colds/flu, upset stomach or a medical certificate not too bad. For any medical condition that requires more than that head somewhere else. Not the place for anything other than a casual visit to the doctor.

Appreciate the doctor can see me after I had been waiting for 1.5 hours, I don’t know what’s the point of making an appointment for, can the clinic owner thinks more for patients because we patients are busy at our life as well, our time also is valuation, doctors also need a good pattern of work, they are not robots, please reduce their appointments and at the same time patients’s waiting time could be saved. It will be a good service style for your clinic, doctors and patients. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr Anthony Phang for the last 2 years and he is lovely and very caring doctor. I got my family to see him as well. He also look after my parents as his new patients and provided them with the Covid vaccines as they are not living in the area

The waiting times are long any time I go to see Dr Phang. I normally allowed any plenty of times whenever I go there but I think the Centre might need to come up with a better system.

I first visited this practice some 6 years ago and have been going to them ever since, as have other members of my family.

I'm very satisfied with the care I receive, especially from Dr Guishui (Steven) Zhang.

The practice is very popular and the reception staff try to accommodate everyone; this usually results in a waiting time of 15-45 minutes.

The waiting room is pleasant with TV screens.

However, by far the best aspect of this practice is the quality of medical service that the doctors provide and this makes the waiting time well worth it.

I cannot praise them highly enough.

I have be seen Dr Merry Chen more than 10 year, she is very knowledgeable and experienced doctor, always can solve the problems very quick. She knows how to use the right medicine to help the patients. Now I have brought my whole family to Dr Merry Chen, she is the best. She is a very trustable doctor, she is my only GP until she retire.

This clinic requires facemask mandatory. But they don't provide facemask and asked us to buy it. And the chemist store next it sells disposable facemask $1.50.
So ridiculous. So bad.
Also if you call them to book an appointment, normally to wait online 20 minutes or half an hour.
When I am waiting in the clinic, I saw the reception didn't have much things to do. I don't know why they don't like pick up the phone.
