Purchased my Yellowfin 7000 HT new through Hunts Marine & everything from day 1 has been stress free. Didn’t accept the return over a couple unopened articles wouldn’t recommend it pretty bad description on articles. Would go to boatmarine or some other shop.

Finally I speak with the manager that told the team not to accept returns. I never spoke to Bruce so don’t know what you’re making up this time. It was never about the spray cans. It was about the lights that you wouldn’t have a return and I tried to cover the postage costs but you guys wouldn’t have it. Just try to be honest mate. Anyway hope some of you out there read this and go somewhere else cause this shop will ensure to treat you like ****

Excellent variety of boats. I bout a yellowfin 6500 folding hardtop with a 200 hp Yamaha. Excellent boat. The sales person Ian, was so helpful, nothing was a problem for him.

The owner is a tosser. Got my outboard back after servicing and went to use it fuel leaking from carby, and the motor was seized.

Sam's service was outstanding! He was attentive to my needs and provided exceptional assistance from start to finish. My in-store experience with Sam was equally fantastic. Very poor communication ordered a boat which took 6months to arrive never had one call from dealer, had to chase up the dealer myself twice,
Payed $96000 for boat didnt even come with a spare wheel for trailer.
The glove box is already broken only glued on.

Unfortunately I can't rate this place any higher than one star. Took the boat in as engine was over heating. Service manager suggested a major service which I agreed too. Upon taking the boat out for the first time after the service the engine over heated again after 10mins in the water. This incident could have caused more damage to the motor and could have endangered the passengers on the boat. When I took it back to them they basically said it may be the thermostat, Which they replaced. After spending in excess of $6k for a service you'd think they would get it right. Upon completion of test drive by service men I received the boat back only to find empty plastic bottles left in the engine compartment. Very careless.
Would not go back. Used to be a good place to service your boat.

Took my boat in with my Yamaha 80 4 stroke (16 years old) suffering a few issues and also had a service done. Got it back and had recurring problems, took back back and was told resolved, Had further same problems. Took back a third time and picked up again yesterday. Jason and the team were went through a detailed electronics diagnostic and water test ultimately identifying the glitchy ad hoc issue and now resolved. It was their thoroughness on working to resolve a rare electrics issue (associated with isolator switch and battery lead terminal fault reducing power output) which sorted the problem. Not sure this would have been the case with all service places. Particularly being just prior to Xmas, when they are flat out. Thanks guys!

I purchased a Quintex Fishabout 430 from Hunts marine and am generally happy with the experience. Staff are knowledgable and very supportive. They are selling a total package but are still flexible to make the sell. In general everything went smooth, their prices are on the expensive side but you get everything you need and great support. Would recommend

Amazingly friendly and helpful. We purchased a Quintrex 2 years ago - a great experience. Since then John and the service team are never too busy for advice or help.

I purchased a second hand boat 10 months ago and due to covid and other reasons I could not take the boat to the repair shop for a small warrranty issue. When I got around to it they arranged for me to drop in the boat and they fixed it while I waited and also helped with some other small items (no cost) Very friendly and easy to deal with. The expereince when buying the the boat was great also, and after sales service has been great.

Hunts have been around for a long time for a good reason, Exceptional Service! We had a problem with a fuel tank and in the end even though they could not help us further they directed us to Viking marine and we are getting the job done. Thank you Marcus and staff
