Very impressed. Only visited for COVID vaccination but reception and nurses were all helpful and professional.

Best GP practice. Dr Badr and team deliver exceptional patient centred care and are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I have been a pt of this medical centre for many years. My children were patients as well for many years.

Wonderful practice. Friendly & professional nurses, doctors and reception staff. I have been attending this practice for over 10 years and my Dr Kath Turner is a very thorough, approachable and simply great GP. The nurses went out of their way recently to help my very fearful children have travel vaccines and I won’t go anywhere else.

Our family have been coming here for years, however recently the practice doesn't seem respect appointment times, in recent times we've always had to wait around 15 minutes (which I understand can happen) however after waiting 50 minutes today and enquiring a few times with reception and still no doctor in sight, we walked out and are extremely disappointed with the service that was offered. We made an early appointment, turned up 5 minutes beforehand, and we're paying a premium at HH MP so would expect some level of service and care. What's the use of actually making an appointment?

Dr Katherine Turner is THE BEST GP in the world you can ever meet! I am so lucky to have met her!

This practice is always really busy but still the reception staff will make sure u r well taken care of, especially after i went in a couple of times, they then remembered me and knew what i was after and made sure i do not have to wait in th long queue.

Booking is extra easy via the app, if u do over th phone its a bit of a wait but app is super simple and convenient.

I was referred by friends and family to this practice, expecting to be taken care of and treated right, they provide the service of excellence - but that was not the case as all.

I paid almost $400 for all the scans and tests that my doctor sent me to do and when I requested for the reports to be sent to me so that I can look over it, I wait for a week and I got nothing. When I called to ask about them again I was passed on from one receptionist to another. I was given empty promises one after another. I went through 3 receptionists and still nothing. I was promised that I would get the reports emailed to me by my doctor on the day but nothing came through. This is anything but the service of excellence that I was promised.

I’ve waited until today and I still have not received a call back in regards to all the results that I was promised to received.

Very disappointing, this is definitely not the caring family medical practice that I signed up for.

Have been attending this medical practice for years. Dr Badr is excellent but I have also had excellent service from all of the doctors. The vaccination centre upstairs is very efficient. Great job everyone!

We love HHMP. The doctors are exceptional and all the staff are kind, caring and efficient. My girls just had their first dose of the Pfizer Covid vaccine and it was over quickly, without any fuss. I highly recommend HHMP for vaccinations and management of complex health needs.

Fabulously clean, organised and - in typical HHMP style - personable experience for COVID booster. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, the vax counter, the memes in the waiting area… all round a great experience. Thanks HHMP team!

Wonderful clinic, excellent facilities, caring doctors, nurses and staff. As a mum of two young children I cannot recommend HHMP highly enough. They listen to patients and provide excellent, modern care.

I used to work here and I can honestly say that everyone behind the scenes is doing an extraordinary work. What these people do everyday is astonishing! Best place I have ever worked at and I am so so sad to be leaving.

HHMP has been my 'go to' GP for at least 12 years. They have supported me through two pregnancies, various personal ailments and all the illnesses kids pick up! Dr Badr, Dr Turner, Dr Wilkinson and Dr Tam are excellent. We are very lucky to have such a community minded health practice with the patient's interests always in mind in our locality.
