I purchased a brand new vehicle in QLD and was recommended by the dealer to use one of the big names in transport. Having read the mixed reviews I was very nervous about dealing with them, needless to say I looked at other options. Alisha and the team were fantastic right from the get-go, the process was explained thoroughly, the service was fast (I received my car the next day) and impeccable. The lad who unloaded the vehicle was extremely gave me ample notice, was extremely professional and took extreme car rolling the car off the trailer. I bought a car in Melbourne and the dealer organised it to be transported up. I was informed the car would arrive Thursday between 12 and 3pm, at 2pm I called to be told they’d had truck problems. I said ok these things happen, I was told it would arrive on Friday at 6am, 7.30 come no car so I call again, this time sorry the driver needed a sleep. Ok when now, midday, 1.30 comes no call. I call and get told there 1 minute away, 46 mins later it arrives. I have no issues with hold ups, but it would of been nice to be kept informed so I didn’t have to waste 2 days. The driver was very nice guy.
