Always fantastic and prompt service at Alto Imaging. I have been to Glendale and Salamander bay and they are both excellent

Alto Imaging has been good in the past however on this occasion the poor issues with the booking team.

I rang up on Wednesday asked for appointment at any practice originally she said it was booked for the same day and then said at the end of call oh sorry now someone has taken the appointment on her and will fit me in at Glendale for Friday at 8: 30am I said no worries. I received no confirmation and upon arrival the ladies have told me it scheduled for Monday at 8: 30am and can’t fit me in, completely understand it’s not their fault. However due to the poor booking service I had to get my 9 month old in and out of the car whilst 21 weeks pregnant, not really good enough, should be able to get it right.

The staffs are professional and friendly! Their phone line may be busy at time but they offer the option to call you back to save you on the waiting time. Definitely would recommend this place.

Absolutely terrible customer service from this place. Legit just want to get a mri for my back to be checked out and felt like I did something wrong for being there and left there feeling terrible.

If you want a place that you feel welcome, don't go here. Reception stuff don't know customer service skills

I had both X-rays and MRI done and the technicians were very professional and thorough and the clerical staff also. Highly recommended.

Service, as always, friendly and professional. I need to use Alto on an annual basis for monitoring, and also use them for other random images.
Would be 5 stars, if, the facility to view my images worked.images will not open after methodically following the steps provided.

The Reception staff today just so lovely and accommodating to assist. They all had a smile and made me feel extremely welcome when at times at practices etc the staff couldn’t give a care who is standing at the reception counter, your just a number not a human just like them.
The staff today made that frontline difference being personable and kind.
Following that Casey my practicing radiologist etc was absolutely wonderful, phenomenal in her mannerisms to assist with such a positive bright outlook on helping other human beings.
You can tell that is her passion to help others in the best way she can, just amazing then I also had Emiley who again has a consistency in her way to serve her patients also with excellent frontline personable skills to ease the patient experience, like this time for me, needles into spinal cord etc epidural flooding of nerves.
We are all easy to point out the negatives at times although we take for granted when people are nice to us in their service and we forget to praise the good experiences like this one.
Well Done Alto Glendale.

I had MRI at Alto Imaging Glendale a few weeks ago.
I cannot commend the staff enough, from the phone call to confirm my appointment, the clerical staff at the front desk, the technician Lockie who attended to my MRI.
The findings were then sent quickly and efficiently to my GP.
Thankyou to all of you.
Your professional, caring, informative and efficient service did not go unnoticed.

The sonographer was lovely, very friendly and informative.
However, I don't like how I cannot access the images on my phone. Not everyone has a computer/laptop. I do hope this changes in the future so people with phones only can also access their images.

My radiologist was great. Super friendly, and understand of me not being able to hold my bladder any longer.

If you suffer from claustrophobia and need a bigger MRI machine then get your MRI done here. The machine is significantly bigger then other standard MRI machines and this makes a huge difference. They also allow you to listen to Spotify with their headphones which helps distract you. Very little wait time and the staff are attentive.

Most impressed. Phoned Glendale yesterday to enquire re booking for MRI of my lumbo sacral spine. Had the MRI today. A professional efficient and friendly supportive service. The Titan MRI machine has a wider aperture and as such I didn’t become claustrophobic which has occurred on every previous occasion in the older narrow machines. My MRI radiographer James put me at ease and I felt confident that I would be OK. Thank you for making what has previously been a very stressful experience into an easy 30 minutes.

Received steroid injection for lumber nerve root impingement 22.7.2021.

Huge thanks to all staff and especially the administering doctor. The injection was virtually painless (although having to lie flat and still was agony).

This morning I am pain free.

Excellent service. Only once have I been delayed. No fault of counter staff. Danielle is awesome, repeatedly assisted when I am dealing with multiple issues that she is unaware of. Cannot thank you enough.

I can’t breath so my mum rang and made an appointment for my ultrasound, it was on loud speaker and I wrote down the day and time (today at 9 - be there 8: 45) fast for so many hours, I dragged myself there today, slumped on the counter and was told I didn’t have an appointment, rude, couldn’t care less, she thinks they cancelled it but don’t know why, absolute joke

Extremely unorganised, I was booked in to get a cortisone shot in my shoulder 3 months after being run over by a truck and getting several brakes and plates through my right arm. My insurance company sent through the approval on the Friday and my appointment was on the Saturday I missed a call saying that they didn't have the approval, I tried to call them back several times and their phones were off, they eventually called me back another day and I was told that it didn't matter what happened I now have till next year, a month away to be re booked in. So the extreme pain and sleepless nights continue until I can find somewhere else to go. Avoid using them if you can.

Super friendly lady at reception, and very accommodating. I did not realise an appointment was needed, but they still squeezed me in. All in all, a good experience. I was in an out within 15 minutes (8am)
