I've been with ProCare for nearly three years after a doctor referral from the reception team to my counsellor. The staff are comforting and reliable. Everyone has excellent communication even in changing schedules and rescheduling and keeping me updated when things change. This practice has been noting but accommodating could recommend their services more.

One of the most professional & welcoming professional services I have to attended. The staff are helpful, & seem to be happy to help.

A much needed Practice, in the Hunter area. Providing Mental Health Care, serviced by a team of Professional and Caring Psychologists.

Staff are rude and incompetent. I sent a referral and called and called for six weeks. They kept curtly telling me that they will call me when my referral was assigned. I called for a final time today to find out that my referral had already been rejected by all psychiatrists at this practice. Nobody thought to let me know, but they assured me that they had previously told my GP. My GP informed me that she had received no such communication.
I waited for six weeks for no reason while other psychiatrists at different practices were filling and closing their books.
I am angry and disappointed that I now have to remain untreated which could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

The reception staff are snide, cynical and pushing which is a shame before the health professionals here are awesome people doing their best!

The doctors are awesome and helpful. Staff need a serious attitude adjustment. Rude, abrupt and unhelpful. But if you can deal with it. Its worth it
