Great quality fans. I bought 2x Polar DC fans last summer and they are so much more effective than my previous fans. They have 6 speeds but usually level 2 is enough as it’s so cooling, but 6 is good on the super hot days. I had a small repetitive noise and contacted Jamie @ service department and he gave me instructions on how to fix it, which worked first go. Worth the extra money in my book

Absolute garbage products! Just putting the problem that they have onto the client and trade, said they needed a steel base plate that they don’t supply to make their fans ip rated, rude staff and not a care in the world stay away

Very rude staff on the phone and rubbish products. The remotes are not working after 1 year. Don't buy it spend more money on a product whose company actually listen when u want to do any claim during warranty period. I would give minus (-) stars.

The best product to install and use I buy these for all my customers can't go wrong.

I purchased two remote control fans from Hunter Pacific International through a supplier in Randwick NSW. These lasted just over 1 year when the remote control receiver stopped working on one fan followed by the next fan. I replaced the receivers which lasted a few months before breaking down again. I asked my electrician to return as I thought that it may have been an issue with his installation and he advised me that it was just the poor quality of the receivers. I have now disposed of both fans and will purchase alternate fans from a different manufacturer. I can only comment on their remote control products and my advice is do NOT purchase this inferior quality product as it will disappoint you.
