I just had this guy come and fix a windscreen crack. Found room in his bissy day and fixed it very quickly. Done a fantastic job & about 1/2 the price of the big guys. Love his work. Highly recommend

This company was the reason why, for the first time ever, I went to Dept Fair Trading.
Ordered a large mirror that was 50cm too long. Realised before delivery & asked could they cut to correct size; that I was happy to pay for the extra cut & polished edges and I would take the off cut 640x500 as a separate decent sized mirror. They didn't deliver the off cut. When I rang, I was told that the off cut had "been thrown in the bin", despite being told both verbally and in an email, that I wanted the off cut. Stating that I had paid for that piece of mirror, I was told that the difference between the two sizes was minimal and that it was normal procedure to throw off cuts away. Renovating a house I was over being ripped off, so I lodged a complaint with Dept of Fair Trading who organised for me to get the same size mirror as the off cut. I rang to organise pickup and was basically told to come and get it and that they "didn't want anymore to do with it! " Early this week, I picked up, what I truly believe, is the actual off cut from my original mirror.
I definitely WON'T be a returning customer.

Absolutely appalling work. I went through Hunter glass for a custom frameless shower screen, and there was just problem after problem. When the team came out to install the first time, the glass was too small; even though they had come out and done their own measurements, it had to be sent back and we had to wait for another one. When the next one was ready and the team came back to install they were unsuccessful again as they had cut the holes in the wrong part of the glass. The product then had to go back and we had to wait again. Finally the correct screen came was installed, however the door was installed on a tilt meaning it would constantly open itself. The team returned again and “fixed” the problem. The final result is a huge gap on the side towards the bottom of the door. This gap starts small at the top and gets increasingly bigger by the time you reach the end. After a 7 week delay and paying that much money this is not what a final product should look like. The company is now ignoring my emails and trying to wipe their hands of it. This is absolutely disgusting! If I could give less than 1 star I would of, I will not be recommending and I urge anyone thinking of using Hunter glass to reconsider. They clearly have no morals and no care for good quality results.

Absolutely brilliant service can’t rate this company highly enough.
Our glass pool gate wasn’t closing properly as per council regulations so we needed to get it sorted out as soon as possible.
We often struggle to get people to our place as we are between Newcastle and the Central Coast. But Hunter Glass had no hesitation in coming out here and fixing it on the spot.
Prompt professional and friendly service.

Can't give enough praise to hunter glass. Matt came to our place and repaired a bedroom window, he did a very professional job removing the broken window and installing the new one, they are reasonably priced, I wouldn't hesitate recommending HG

I would like to shout out praise to Hunter Glass Cessnock.

I’ve tried so hard to get some leadlight windows I bought in Wollongong some time ago framed. The windows were leadlights in Vincent (no longer in business?) primrose frames.

Not only are the staff extremely pleasant they were very helpful and my windows were framed in a new profile within 3 hours.

Professional, helpful, efficient, proficient and friendly. Awesome customer service and highly recommended.

These guys are incredible! I live in Muswellbrook (about 100kms away from cessnock) and couldnt find anyone local that could install my shower screen within a reasonable timeframe, a lot of them told me that the quickest turnaround was 4 weeks after the measure and quote.
Hunter Glass came out to my house to do a measure and quote then within 24hrs my showerscreen was installed. The friendly staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with and i would highly recommend this business to anyone!

I never leave reviews but had to in this instance. I called Hunter Glass as I had a broken shower screen in a cottage we rent out as accommodation. I had 4 days to have it fixed before our next guests arrived. In less than 12 hours from my first call they had been out, measured up, made the screen, removed the old one and installed the new one. I think that has to be a record for amazing customer service!
