Very happy with our hybrid floorboards! Not only did they meet the very strict acoustic rating criteria of our strata bylaw, they were also much more affordable than other brands we had looked at. Arthur made the entire process very smooth, and the service and workmanship by Kong was exceptional.

The hybrid flooring is high quality.probably the best we have supplied and installed over the years, compared to the high end products at 3 x the price.

Seriously impressed with the workmanship and service. Get several quotes and measures from others so you have a reasonable idea of how much material may be required first. It took only a week from when I walked into the showroom and spoke with Arthur (for all but 5 minutes) to when the installation was completed. The installer, Kong, is an absolute machine, I've never met anyone more hard-working. He was involved in a car accident on the day of the installation, apologised profusely (didn't have to) and showed up the next day in a hire van ready to go. Completed roughly 110m2 in less than two days and provided a refund for the additional material that I overestimated. He was super friendly and never fussy about helping move some furniture or trimming doors. Just an amazing attitude overall. Bravo to Arthur and Kong. They are quick, efficient, well-priced and do an excellent job.
