I'd been looking forward to visiting this store for a while, but didn't really get the opportunity to shop. After being in the store for a moment or two an elderly lady came up and abruptly told me to take a mask from an open unsealed box and put it on. As there was no Covid Safe practice regarding the masks, I chose to leave. Perhaps some signage on the door would help as I could have returned to the car and put my own mask on. Sadly I won't be returning.

What a shame. I'd like to say I had a great visit, but sadly that wasn't the case. I hadn't got 2 metres into the store before an older woman approached me shoving an open box of masks in my face and asking me to put one on. There were others in the store without masks on and no signage on the door. Had I have seen such signage, I would've gone back to the car to get my own mask. Not knowing where those masks have been, I chose to leave instead, whilst watching other customers without masks on continue to shop. A bit annoying considering it took me an hours drive to get there. Perhaps it would be better to visit other op shops in the area and give this one a miss.

Wonderful, helpful and caring, despite the constant complaints from people haggling, and people stealing. Lovely ladies despite what the whiners say

This is a great initiative so get on down to Hamilton and support this service by visiting and hopefully purchasing pre loved goods in their op shops.

Essential service. Loving and caring of our fur friends, not trained as some point out but when did people stop using common sense.

Beware buying tabs for pets here lady's aren't trained. Sold my daughter dog wormer for her cat.i told her tab looked to big showed Vet who said could have been fatal. PLEASE BEWARE THEY HAVE GOOD INTENTION BUT HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF MEDICINES THEY ARE SELLING.

Im totally discusted at Pam the women in charge. She was very rude and argumentive towards me on the phone before she knew my situation Im suffering with & came to her own conclusions about my circumstances without listening properly
I do not recommed this lot to anyone without causion especially if they are disabled like me

I have been visiting this store my whole life with my grandmother and I love it. The ladies here are so kind and always offer my dog a treat when I bring her in! Wonderful selection of knick-knacks for great prices!

I don't know why these lady's Bother, Just because they think its the right way to go, does not mean they know what there doing.
None of these ladies are Vets or Trained Pet handlers. Some of the Most Bias and Opinionated advice i have ever heard.
I would not buy there wares and they lipped me for not caring for my pets.

This guys have a heart of gold helped me with out a second though these guys are awesome people im really keen to do some volunteer work for helping my dog brookly thanks guys Adam
