I was very impressed with Hunter and Coast Pest Control. The office staff were efficient, prompt and friendly. The guy who sprayed the house was very friendly, punctual and efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing and how long it would take. I have used this company quite a few times over the years, and I keep using them, for the above stated reasons. I used them again a few days ago in May 2023 and I was very happy indeed with the service. They always do a great job. I am happy to recommend them to other people.

Cannot express enough how happy I am with James from hunter pest control! He has looked after us 3 times and I’m very panicked when chemicals are used around the home and James always make me feel we are ok and talks me through how it all works etc! We would 100% recommend James to look after you with pest control any day! Also talk about convenient! Able to do the spray on the weekend! Cannot get better then that! 5 stars!

Ben was very easy going and provided a very thorough service. The thing we liked best about him however, was his honesty. He was honest about what we actually did need for our home (instead of trying to sell us every product under the sun). For this reason we will definitely be getting them back to do follow up inspections/sprays.

Happy enough till I was told I had to pay another $220. When i was quoted $220 in total, before the 1st treatment, for 2 treatments. Then they hit you with another $220 after the 2nd. Definitely WONT use again or recommend

Edit: Tim from the company called as soon as the business opened up after Anzac day public holiday and fixed everything up for me. Explained it all and turns out it was just miscommunication between parties.
