Hungry Jack's

We had a problem ordering an in app deal. Error msg kept popping up saying some items were not available at the location. When we asked someone about it.they said it was available but they couldn't give us the in app deal price. Employee said, "I got nothing to do with the app. "
Finally resolved the order on our own but when our order came out we found no lettuce in all our burgers, so we went back. They said they don't have any. Surely they could have informed us which they didn't.
It was only then that they offered to give us onions instead.
Then we realised we didn't get ketchup, which was part of the deal (not extra). The staff said we have to pay extra. We showed them our receipt which clearly states ketchup being included, but she didn't even look at it. She finally gave us 1 pack of ketchup as she walked away i hear her say under her breath something to the effect of "you're meant to pay for. "
Why is it so hard to get what we simply paid for. Usually would've let it go but was so annoyed at their overall attitude.

Today I went to Hungry Jacks, placed my order through the app, made the payment and the order didn't go to the kitchen. I asked the attendant and she said there was a problem with the app delivering that order that they didn't have and they didn't offer me any solution. I asked them to give me at least the coffee I had already paid for, and they said they couldn't. They were lost as if there was no protocol for that. I asked them to give my money back and they couldn't do that either. I was very upset, because I always buy at Hungry Jacks, but one thing that makes a difference to me is employees who are willing to solve problems for the company, even if they didn't create them, because the customer can't afford it.

The whopper was good as always. The fries weren't seasoned very well. Service was normal. The area was very dirty though. Overall an ok experience - just take away.

Ordered via the app and went to pick it up.
Decided to try the smokehouse whopper but the burger was missing all the ingredients except for a dry beef patty and minimal sauce.
Tried to leave a feedback via the app but wasn't able to.
Not impressed.

Didn’t have the items I ordered so decided to substitute with cheaper alternatives whilst still taking the full amount lol

Not sure how they expect customers to drink out of their cups without straws. Ordered from here, food was cold, I had chips in my box still frozen, burger was as dry as sand paper, no cutlery, napkins or straw. They are just careless and really shouldn’t be working here if their not putting 100% into their work. Won’t order from here again.

I was at burwood hungry jack’s last. I ordered tender crisp burger but I didn’t like how it tasted so I asked this crew named Savina about the burger and she apologised and instantly got me another burger how amazing! And she was very nice to me the whole time and it seemed to me that she is pretty aware of what her job is.

I love the food quality and taste.it’s absolutely delishious.yesterday Zoe took my order, she very patient and good atitude.i had very big order and couldn’t carry it all, so Zoe offered to pack it in two bigger bags and make it really convinient.very kind and thougtful. Lovely service and good food, will definately come again!

Crew member Victoria is really nice and good serving. She helps and takes care to me when i don’t understand about the new burger. I had a good meal there!

Easy and quick take away services. Range of food at menu, plus amazing deals on the app. Cost effective and choice of quality foods.

They didnot update on website that the store will be closing at 9. It was stil showing 11 in web. Wasted my time. Not acceptable

Hungry Jack's recently are fantastic value, if you're like me and need to penny pinch during these times. You could easily get a; burger, chips, cold drink for Just under $5!

Located less than a minute walk from Burwood train station. Turn right out of the train station, in the same direction towards Westfield shopping centre - which is further down along Burwood Rd.

I Dont know why this keeps happening to me but they are using some other meat patty besides beef. I just had a bacon deluxe with pork patties and it tastes horrid. How can they sell you a product when its not even the actual product itself? Arent all there burgers there made from beef? Besides the chicken of course.

I was at hungry jacks Burwood on Thursday i was served by Savina, she is really nice she is one of the oldest team member from hungry jacks as i can remember.i will always love to be served by her. Even my other friends experience good service from Savina. I saw she was helping old guy who was in wheelchair which was so kind of her.keep it up Savina You Are Very Nice

Made my uber eats order but apparently didn't update uber for them to know to pick up.by the time I've gotten my food over an hour after ordering the ice in the drink is completely melted and food cold. From the phone call i made it seems my food sat prepared for about 45 mins before picked up

Service was way too slow. There were multiple workers there however there was a long wait for even the simplest of orders.
Food was good

One of the worst hungry jacks location in sydney. Everything from hygiene of the restaurant to way of speaking of some crew members must be improved.

Slow service, waited 20min to recieve my order and when i did recieved it they put the burgers in the bottom and the boxes on top so I had pancake burgers squash
