I stopped in because I drive past every day and was curious. I was not disappointed. The lady who served me spoke passionately about the cut I chose and gave me precise instructions on how to cook it. I'm glad I listened. I now understand what it means to have meat melt in your mouth. It's a bit pricy but well worth it.

Great selection of meat for your charcuterie board. Steaks and sausages are perfect for a barbecue to pair with your wines bought from Hunter Valley.

I don't have a clue if it changed hands or what happene but today for the same meat pack I've been getting for years the lady try too charge everything too the exact dollar dead set left there after trying too explain how even the boss makes it n has for years wanting too burn the place I have 3 family house holds that use that butcher but won't any more

We were passing thru and my husband saw these guys and checked reviews. We came out with eye fillet and rib fillets. Both were tender and cooked up well. Thankfully, I didn’t go in the shop or we could have really gone all out.

I tried the cheese burger & it was like nothing much else I’ve tried before. So satisfying & tasty. Stopped in town for a pub meal & ended up grabbing a burger instead & wasn’t disappointed. Healthily priced burgers but they are worth it.

A truly stunning meat emporium! The team here are building something quite unique, the main building has recently finished a beautiful renovation, the gent serving us said that soon they will be doing burgers in shop front next door. The selection is extensive, all local product and processed onsite. This is worth the drive. Will be back.

Mick and the team have the highest quality of all kinds of meats you would like. From the charcuterie, dry aged to even their snags it’s the best meat you’ll find anywhere.

Great butcher! They supply to high-end restaurants in the Hunter. Nice selection and lovely quality cuts of meat. Great customer service. If you like snags try the Wagyu Beef Truffle. We got a lamb shoulder the other weekend and our guests absolutely loved it! The eye fillet steak is beautiful (my go to) and my boys love the pork loins and frenched lamb cutlets. I buy my meat here once or twice a week. Everything we have tried has been superb!
