Turned up to the Balgowlah warehouse at 8am (Google says you open at 8am!) when it was due to open at 8: 30. Rosie kindly let me in and even got some books I required from out the back. I just cannot express how thankful I was that she went over and above to help me. Absolutely made my day. Thanks Rosie. You deserve all 5 stars!
