What’s not to love about Humphrey Newsagency in the Corso Manly. It literally has everything plus more. One year I did my entire Christmas shopping here. It has all of the regular items, newspapers, magazines, stationery but then it has homewares, gifts, the latest books, toys, the lotteries, cards and wrapping papers. The staff are efficient and helpful. It’s my favourite store at Manly Beach shopping strip - open seven days.

Great employees, a really lovely young man with longish hair was working at the cash register Saturday afternoon, just a real sweetheart. Other than that a little overpriced.

I would like to say thank you to Wendy. I gave her the impossible task of choosing a book for someone she has never met. (My wife). With the limited information I gave her, she picked the perfect book. Thank you, Wendy, my wife is really please.

Since they subdivided the shop it's not the little treasure trove it once was but still quite well stocked with books, magazines and stationery. Need more cashiers at busy times, particularly for the lotto queue

So helpful. Been there for years and always do a good job of having an up-to-date, lovely shop with plenty of goodies.

Special Thanks to Elmo, he not only sold me an urgently needed Phone Charger,
he went above&beyond the call of duty,
and charged up my phone enough to get me by for the evening, to be able to connect with old Sydney friends while away from home.
I will always use Humphrey's wherever I go,
because of the Good-Will Elmo and accompanying staff have aspired to.
The Humphrey's management knowledge obviously reflects in their staff.
Go well.

Family operated newsagents and it's faultless. Great for locals and great for tourists. Friendly, helpful staff. Talk about serving the local community well, these guys rock, as do Maloufs the pharmacy. Golden treasures. Management should be proud of themselves for running fantastic businesses on the Corso. N B's Council should realise that businesses like Humphreys are a brand, which energizes the Corso. Encourage more businesses to be so accommodating and professional.

A great newsagency with a fabulous range of books, toys, knick kbacks & souvenirs. Good service & child friendly. The kids always live the overhead train track.

Such a huge and iconic newsagency. They really have everything here and I especially liked the huge range of magazines and the gift selection such as Woodwick candles.

A manly classic! It's got a little bit of everything you probably don't need and just enough of what you do.

The ferry ride to Manly is a must when visiting Sydney and visiting Humphrey's. This shop is amazing - I love it! There is something for everyone and the staff are very friendly too!

One of the few remaining newsagents that has everything inside, books, newspapers, magazines, stationary, including tourist merchandise and gifts. A large store well worth a visit, there was also staff to help and process your purchases. The store is located in the main Manly street mall, so very easy to access and it feels safe to walk around it's a pedestrian area and motor vehicles are excluded. There are Seats outside in the street so you can have a sit.

This news agency sells almost anything that you could want. They sell Lotto and Pools and magazines. If you are after a book they sell books such as fiction and non fiction.
If you want toys for children they sell toys also and some children's clothes.
They are similar to a mini department store even though on one level so can find almost anything.

A long standing family owned and run business. The shop has a wide range of gifts and stationery on offer.

Humphrey's Newsagents are well stocked with the latest 'best sellers', if that's what you are looking for. Breadth not depth is what you will find in the reading section. But I don’t go to newsagents to buy the latest popular novel. I go to buy plastic sleeves, paper clips and greeting cards. I don’t care if you have fifteen copies of Stephen King's latest novel or the latest shock & awe political scandal. I do care if you stock paper clips, which Humphrey's do. So yeah, lottsa touristy stuff but Humphrey's is still a Newsagent.
