Humming in a Hummer - Hummer and Limo Hire Sydney

The day was a 42 degree day which obviously is no fault of the company but there was absolutely no airconditioning in the car. We spent 1.5 hrs sweating which is absolutely unacceptable, this was my wedding day and as a result it ruined parts of my makeup and made the trip which should have been a fun experience absolutely miserable. On top of this we weren’t offered any drinks which was meant to be a part of the package. He offered us a bottle of water when we were at the venue as we were sweating bullets. Given how hot it was in the car the driver should have offered these earlier.

This was absolutely unacceptable

We absolutely loved the Hummer. When booking the lady I spoke to was so lovely and very helpful, our driver was awesome and so friendly. It was def the highlight of our hens weekend for sure.

Having been working with them for a kid's party. Belinda and Nethra are nice and super experienced. And the chauffeurs are really friendly and respond to requirements quickly. Besides, they do have a good knowledge of all the travelling routes. Highly recommend and will definitely work with them again.

This hire company came highly recommended to me and we were not disappointed. The communication was open and clear and I felt very comfortable the whole process. The Hummer was for my sons formal and friends. The driver Chris came early, was such a great guy, the ride was the highlight of the night. Chris was great with the young ones and was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

The kids had an amazing time in the hummer for their year 6 graduation! They looked like rock stars!

DO NOT BOOK THEY DONT GIVE DEPOSITS BACK, and then they lie in the their Reponses: I’ve had to lodge a complaint with NSW fair trading, this is what happened to me: made a booking with Nethra which was confirmed and emailed to me after I requested a copy in writing twice. Belinda then called me days later to discuss the booking because she didn't agreed with how it was booked, I went over all the details and clarified for a second time, it was agreed it was a kids party verbally with black or white stretch hummer.
A month later I got an email from Nethra confirming all good to go, I responded yes with the details of drop off for the next venue which Nethra confirmed, then was emailed by Belinda again next day who decided it wasn't a kids party (no idea how) and refused to honour the booking with what we verbally agreed. She wouldn’t confirm what she could offer me in place of the black stretch hummer I booked. She refused to take my calls to resolve the issue. Would only reply by email and tried to shaft me with price increase of $200 for fuel fluctuation (which is illegal). No empathy no care and no consideration of the families she just left without a party at short notice, the disappointment and sadness on my child's face I will never forget.
This company was unprofessional from the start. They are disorganised, make promises they don't keep then try to jack the price up on you last minute. I’ve lodged copies of our email exchanges and text messages to fair trading nsw, this is a true review of my personal experience with this company and I have proof.
Response to their reply: Explain why I dont have my deposit back? I have proof of ALL our exchanges, if you cant handle honest reviews and you blame your customers for your bad business you'll be out of business soon. Your comments are laughable by the way, you need business training. Poorly run company with no self reflection on their own errors. Appalling.

Worst experience!
Neville the owner was extremely rude
and unprofessional.
We booked a hummer for a hens night
and there was a misunderstanding
with payment on our part which we
apologise for multiple times.
We still paid the amount we owed on
the night via bank transfer. He insisted
we pay him in cash because he won't
receive the bank transfer for three
days.
Not once were we reminded to transfer 3 days prior or bring cash on the night, he still showed up and didn’t say anything till the end of the night.
Once again we apologise multiple
times for the misunderstanding and
explained he will receive payment, we showed proof.
Neville the owner was yelling at us on
the street for over 30 minutes, making
the girl who organised everything cry
and have a panic attack.
Neville would not listen to reason, we
all felt scared, threatened and very uncomfortable.
He completely ruined the night and did
not handle the situation professionally.
I do not recommend this company to
anyone for any event!

We DID pay the bill and showed proof of bank transfer.
I think it’s very funny that you say we tried rip you off when Neville accepted $700 in cash off a stranger trying to HELP US because he witnessed how horrible Neville was being to us.
I wonder if that man every got his money back. I highly doubt it.
A grown man that runs a business yelling at his customers was something I’ve never experienced.
The father of one of the girls rang up to apologised for the misunderstanding not our behaviour.
I am admitting our mistake and apologising, however, the way Neville handle the situation was disgusting.
Making someone have a panic attack for a simple misunderstanding.

Notification to all future customers, be warned! Don’t let them ruin your occasion.

Kicked off a great night with a trip from Greenwich to Kirribilli for photos and drinks before returning home for dinner for 70th birthday.
Really set the scene for a fun night.

Wow what a night started with hot pink stretch hummer to the city and return trip was white stretch. Hummer.
Everything was catered for soft drinks for kids Bevvies for us older ones and great access to blue tooth and our genres of music.

The hummer arrived well on time, friendly and chatty driver to liven up the mood, clean inside and out, smooth driving, good audio and lightning to create the ambience of a true party.
