Happy to promote dodgy companies who use them to sell tickets for their Halloween event but won't respond to customers to help follow up refunds.

I have held multiple events using Humanitix as my ticketing platform and I cannot rave more about their service. So easy and straight forward to use and the team are so helpful answering any questions you have immediately and fixing any problems with ZERO fuss! Love them!

In this day and age we all dread the occurrence of credit card fraud and the subsequent lost hours cancelling direct debits and verifying payments that have recently gone through the card. It is sometimes impossible to even contact some vendors about entries. Recently, while reconciling my credit card entries, I had the most amazingly quick response from the support team at Humanitix, who helped me get to the bottom of it. I was blown away by the speed of support!

This platform is fantastic! It looks professional, smart and modern, is very easy to navigate and if ever you do have a query, the team behind the online chat function are a dream. They really know their system, are quick to resolve anything, they're friendly and professional. They have a great formula for what they do and how they do it.

Humanitix is a very impressive company. They have the best platform for helping you through setting up your event. Super friendly helpful telephone support, and at no time did they make me feel inadequate, I love that there phone call booking system is so smooth and easy to use, and it’s a nice personal touch that they email you the name and profile photo of who you wil be dealing with! If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!

An extremely user friendly booking program for event hosts which I was able to pick up and learn very quickly.
When creating an event it steps you through the process very easily and for anything that is unclear the live chat is amazing. You know you are talking to a real person which is very important to me. So far my experience has definitely been 5 stars!

Been using Humanitix for a few event/campaign already and I absolutely love the platform. Very pleasing to the eye - easy to set up and use - the extra fee can support great causes!
They also have excellent customer support - always really fast and efficient! I also love how flexible and supportive the system is. Highly recommend!

The warm and fuzzies emitted by this team are backed by professionalism and availability. I'm a newbie to ticketing, but both the platform and the team have made it a really fun and supported experience. It's also great to know that 100% of profits from booking fees support children's charities - $1m to date! Bring on Narooma Oyster Festival 2022! PS Hannah is a QUEEN!

Humanitix ticketing site is so easy to set up an event. Unfortunately my event had to be cancelled but the Humanitix team promptly cancelled sales and immediately sent a full refund notice to all of the registrants. What I really like about Humanitix is that a percentage of the (low) booking fee goes to charity. Well done Humanitix!

Excellent customer service, and the platform suits all our needs perfectly, even allowing 3rd parties to run their events through our centre, and have their events show up on our website as they are using our Hx account.

This is the future of positive technology. So glad to be a part of it.

I want to thank Humanitix, they have a great product and it was so easy to create tickets for my event and at the gate it was so easy to check everyone in. I have been able to keep brilliant records and have always found the staff friendly and helpful what ever my query was.

I've been using Humanitix for a couple of years now for all of my business's ticketed events! I can't fault it! Not only is it super easy to set up and use- whenever I have a problem they are quick to help me solve it! And I just love that our booking fees go back into the community assisting with childhood education for our indigenous communities! THANKYOU HUMANITIX!

Just wonderful! I can't recommend this platform enough. The interface is fantastic, and easy to use, their Wiki is extremely comprehensive, and if the Wiki doesn't help you then the support team will. The support team are some of the most fantastic, knowledgeable and kind people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. And all this from an ethical ticket company.

Really happy with Humanitix hosting our events. We've shifted to this platform and appreciate the extra features and flexibility (over Eventbrite). Also, the platform is faster for admin, customer support is more accessible and we can collect data per ticket, rather than per order. The initial reason for switching is still valid - slightly lower booking fees and profits go to charity. A win-win all round for us.

Easy to use, offers full control over the ticketing to event organisers, very user friendly to customers and, to top it all, has the best support team I have dealt with so far (plus donates the profits, which is amazing). Thanks Sam and the Humanitix team!

Best costumer service I've received from a business, by far. It's simple, intuitive, people-first service that helps great causes. I hope they beat out the greedy competition, and hold onto what got them there in the first place – human decency.
