I had injured my shoulder and it was getting me down and restricting my exercise and Cyclying activities - Physios were plodding along but nothing really happening - I was referred to Georgy and over 4-5 weeks my shoulder gradually went back to 100% through a combination of massage, exercises and good advice - I now continue to see Georgy as part of my training routine - his guidance and massage have made me stronger and fitter and a fantastic recovery - also the structured exercise movement sessions put a spring in your step - fantastic and knowledgeable practitioner who will improve all aspects of your fitness and well being Con H

He really knows the muscle anatomy and has helped me recover multiple times from cycling and/or work related back and neck injuries. I first went to see Georgy for relief from a chronic shoulder injury. That was about a year ago and my shoulder is better but I never stopped going! His massages are both productive and relaxing, a rare combo. He intuitively knows what work your muscles need. I always leave his office feeling so much better. I went to Human Therapy after I managed to mess up my back. Georgy, was very professional, took the time to listen to what I was saying and gave me a very thorough treatment. Recommended.

I battled with a knee injury for 7 months. I went to the physio most weeks, but still couldn't bend it properly, run or surf. I finally stumbled across Human Therapy remedial and thought I would just go it for a massage, not thinking it could possibly fix my knee. But wow! It loosened everything, released so much tension, and the following week I was back surfing and had great mobility. I just wish I went 7 months earlier! Safe to say I have been back and am recommending to lots of people:)
