The service of this place is great and friendly. My clothes are well looked after. A great family business who always work efficiently.
Do not bring any items of value for dry-cleaning here! I brought an expensive item here in Dec and it was completely ruined by the dry cleaners when they washed my white linen Zimmermann (!) skirt with a blue PEN. Covered in ink stains, I NEVER received any financial compensation for this and instead copped verbal abuse from the dry cleaner over the phone for wanting any sort of money back. The skirt had been worn twice and is completely ruined. I was never informed when bringing the item here that they outsource for their dry-cleaning and when I received my ruined item back, they took no responsibility and palmed me off to speak to the dry cleaner directly. I will never bring anything here again as its not worth the stress of whether or not my items will be RUINED upon picking them up.
Really friendly and much cheaper than the places on Macleay Street. Will also iron without washing. Bag wash and dry cleaning too.
