Hughes Limousines - Airport Transfers Sydney

Excellent service throughout. Booking from Jersey, British Channel Islands via internet I had somewhat confused the outward and return arrangements on the internet initially but Hughes Customer Service quickly and efficiently corrected the error that was completely my own fault.
Arriving in Sydney, luggage retrieval took somewhat longer than expected but our driver maintained contact via text which was very reassuring.
Full credit to our excellent driver Balcar who was smartly dressed, cheerful to chat with and above all - steady and cautious in his style of driving. A comfortable luxurious car so we could just sit back and enjoy the journey to Caves Beach in under two hours.

We look forward to our return trip and have no hesitation in recommending Hughes to all concerned. Thank you and well done from Vic and Diana Tucker

None of the agreed requirements for an airport transfer were met.
Hughes fraudulently re-charged credit card for another payment six weeks later without reason.
Avoid this company. Any other provider would be better.

All round great service - clean car, helpful and friendly driver who knew the roads and best of all on time.

If only you could give 0 stars. My family (including my 2 year old) woke up at 3am to a text advising we would not be getting picked up for our Emirates flight at 3: 30am and to organise an UBER! An Uber with 4 suitcases and no car seat at 3am in Sydney?

Car was confirmed by Phone and Email on two occasions. Customer service line rang out for over 30 minutes.

When contacting the driver directly he was driving to ANOTHER customer at the company’s request. What a way to treat customers, don’t be surprised if this company doesn’t exist in a couple of years.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT PUT FAITH IN THIS COMPANY. The worst customer experience and service I have ever received. Emirates need to change provider and quick!

We were collected at Sydney Domestic. Flight was an hour late, nearly an hour to get luggage. Our driver kept in touch with us and was there when we eventually got our luggage. A polite, helpful, excellent driver. Hughes transfer service is excellent.

I ride frequently for work with Hughes, but I wanted to compliment Mohammad (2038) who picked me up from the airport. He was fantastic the entire trip! Very courteous and sociable, and I enjoyed his company!

They gave great service im so glad they picked us up from air port drove very safely and got home very happy thank you

My experiences on the whole have been excellent. The only issue that I had was that on one occasion, the car was 30 minutes late to collect my daughter and I at 11 pm, after a function. It was not good to be waiting for 30 minutes on our own at that time of night, as there were not a lot of people about, and we didn't feel completely safe.

Very safe and economical way of getting out of the airport and city traffic. The chauffeur was at the luggage carousel when we collected our suitcases, helped load them into the nearby car and whisked us away from the crowded airport terminal

I've always used Hughes for many events I've organised over the years. Just today they arranged over 30 transfer for a corporate event. Perfectly and seamlessly executed, on time and with impeccable cars and drivers. Alyssa is a total gem and managed it all seamlessly and importantly with a smile. I'd recommend them 100%

Both our Chauffeur and Vehicle were prefect! A bit of luxury to be picked up from Sydney Airport and professionally driven to our hotel.

This was by far a ride with excellence. The vehicle was immaculate and driven with diligence. I was comfortable and all that I needed throughout the luxurious drive was by my finger tips. Beverages and snacks were made available to me. This experience from start to finish of my assigned duty endured with professionalism. What a Champ! My chauffeur Hammed turned up early to work, only to swap my luggage with a warm morning coffee. Hammed went as far as even assuring the smallest of details did not go past him as even the air flow temperature was adjustable to which suited me. Because of this experience with Hammed I will walk away with positive regard for Hughes as it’s back bone of the company is hand picked for a ride fit for a kIng.

Great team, excellent customer service and a simple booking procedure. Drivers look like sharp and act professional. Hughes has that old school class when it comes to service. Rarity these days as customer service take a back seat to financial goals. Hughes delivers, there national and best in class.
