We switched to HSMIT in January 2022 and their levels of service are second to none. We are delighted with the Managed IT service and their throrough knowlege of the systems we need for our 3 office to run smoothly. Highly recommended.

Service and level of expertise of the team at HSM IT Soultions are second to none. All the guys are extremely helpful and willing to help you at any time. I have dealt with them through my place of work numerous times and I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend them!

I have been dealing with HSM IT through my work for the last 14 months, after we had an IT company for over 10 years.

I have been using HSM IT Solutions for over 10 years and have always found them to be very responsive which is utmost important whenever you are faced with urgent issues. Both Michael and his team are extremely savvy about IT technical issues. The quality of their service is second to none. Highly recommend.

We had an Australian client whose network switch had died over the weekend. HSM were able to go onsite and install a new network switch very promptly with no hassle. If I have any more jobs that require boots on the ground I'll be calling HSM IT Solutions again.

No hesitation in recommending HSM to any business that needs managed IT services. Their customer service is impeccable, they are very responsive and no issue is too small. Troubleshooting is their forte and are able to offer a number of options to fit into your business model.

I've worked with Michael in 2 different businesses for more than 6 years and both required different levels of expertise and he has never disappointed. With both businesses Michael was taking over from previous IT service providers and he did so in a timely manner and it was a very smooth transition. Michael and the team are a pleasure to work with.

I am a builder, I know building and that’s my forte. I have a small business in Brisbane, which I have been managing on a very simple - and I mean very simple platform, which has served me well – until it didn’t!
I was ignoring the fact that my business was growing, and my technology platforms were not growing, because I didn’t know how to change, or what I needed to change to.
It got to a point where I was very busy, limping along until the day came where my platform collapsed and my business was literally crippled - no emails, no ability to communicate with the outside world!
I made an SOS call to Michael (who was away at the time) & Michael put me in touch with one of his highly skilled team members and instantly he went to work, weaving his technology magic right in front of my eyes – then hey presto – I was up and running!
I went from total disaster to operational in an hour or two.
From here Michael and the team have helped me move my business platforms to a more robust system, I now have a tech support program in place with HSM which gives me peace of mind that if I ever have any issues that I can reach out to the experts and know that their response is immediate. Technology is not my business – building is – so allowing HSM to do what they do best, allows me the space to do what I do best.

It's rare that we have any issues with the systems that are managed by HSM, but if I do have to call, the response is either immediate or very quick and the technicians are very knowledgeable and proficient. Great service and very happy with Michael and the team:)

An amazing level of expertise and consistent level of professional service. Our company has been using HSM IT for the last 3 years and could not be happier with the service they provide. Michael and his team are both courteous & polite, and extremely knowledgeable in a wide range of computer and IT related problems. The professionalism, patience and willingness to provide assistance that is consistently displayed by all HSM IT technicians is much appreciated by our staff and has often got us back on track.
