10Horrible customer service, very slow, very inefficient. 1 hour + and still not resolved. Next steps for me is close my accounts and move to bank that actually provides banking services.
Poor service, poor knowledge of their own HSBC products. Went to this brand recently and wouldn't definitely go back. Ask a question about HSBC bank product to a female consultant, was told to go test out the product myself. Not sure if they get paid to sit around and do/learn/understand nothing about their products? No doubt why it's pretty dead quiet inside.
Helpful staff, they make you feel welcome. Special mention, relationship manager Abhilasha, she is kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Never had any bad experience over 3 years of HSBC relationship.
Today I walked in to HSBC north Sydney and asked the teller can I deposit Euros in my HSBC Euro account?
She said no we don’t accept cash!
How I am supposed to deposit my Euro in hand in my Euro account?
You are running a bank! Hello… a bank, not a grocery shop. Your only job is to handle money. It was a big mistake to open an account with HSBC in the first place.
Our family has been loyal customers for years. Leaving because HSBC keeps supporting Russian invasion to Ukraine. I wish bank stopped operations in Russia and refused receiving bloody money.
Calling last 3 days for 40mins waiting time each time and they still cannot unblock my account.
Was skeptical after reading the reviews but I'm guessing they are old.
I visited in person today to make a change to my account, and I was treated extremely well by one Ms. Elina Naigulevu who was very professional, very patient with me and carefully helped me out with what I needed.
Kudos to Elina and the others at HSBC North Sydney for their professionalism and friendliness.
Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. If you visit this branch just ask for Elina! She was very professional and kind, followed up with us and made everything easy - definitely recommend.
Poor, very poor, will be changing the bank this week after 7years with hsbc.refused to pay out cash even after giving 5 days notice, lost my deal on the car.manager rude and not helpful.
The worst ever service today from the "Premier" reception! I asked for proof of address for the parking permit and was told wait 48 hrs. Very poor service and the lady refused to let me speak to her manager. She called her and in front of me spoke in Chinese. I was very shocked by this poor level of service at this branch.
