This bank is nothing but a joke; to ensure your security, it's advisable to consider the big four instead. The customer service is below par, and the guys sitting at the counter are quite brusque. It's puzzling why the bank hires individuals with limited literacy skills and low emotional intelligence. Perhaps they could benefit from investing more in training and development to provide a better customer experience.
