H&R Block Tax Accountants - Mona Vale

Manuel at the Mona Vale branch has completed my return for a second year. He is excellent, finds all the deductions, is professional and personable.
My only gripe is the branch does not have an 'Office Manager' so my telephone call went unanswered a few times. Mona Vale branch used to have someone to answer the phones and coordinate return emails/telephone calls.
It is very annoying (and concerning) not being able to get through to someone at the office.

Would not recommend.
Had a consultation on the 15th of September and was told I would receive my return 2-3 weeks at the complete maximum. Almost 2 months later nothing, don’t return emails and follow up calls
Do not waste your time

Please avoid this waste of time and complete scam of a business, do yourself a favour. Wasted 4 weeks of my time.

Would put no stars if I could they tell me they sent my tax off only to find out from a to they lied and hadn't even sent it off yet plain lie

Easy communication with my Accountant, fast and efficient with a favorable outcome.
Have been using H&R Block for about 12 years.

The team at Mona Vale branch were thorough and I am happy with the accuracy of my return. They then sent my return to head office for auditing before being sent to the ATO. The auditing process took 2.5 weeks, which in my opinion is too long. And they requested an unnecessary amount of information and superfluous documentation which I provided anyway. Overall I'd say their service is good value for money.

Worst on the beaches they never answer there phones then deposited one quarter of my return with no explanation would love e to know where the rest of my money has gone but can't contact them complete joke
