After being forgotton about in the waiting room for over an hour and watching 3 other people come in and get their tax done before me (after waiting for no longer than 5 minutes). Also while I was waiting i could see and hear all the people getting their tax done as the door to the one of the rooms they were in never got closed and the seats in the waiting room were just outside and set up to look right in. Because of the waiting and the lack of privacy for everybody getting their tax done in that particular room i cant say i can recommend this place and i wont be going back again.
