Absolutely the worst tax agents I've encountered. Tax agent done my taxes wrongly, he refused to take my advice, he asked for help from his manager who was too busy to help. I received half of the amount due to me. I called the tax department and they told me it was done incorrectly as he didn't take my advice. With tax departments advice I went back to the tax agent to guide them through. I was told I am the tax agent and this is how I will fix it.well they done it wrong again. I had to call tax department again and I had to do all corrections with them to fix H&Rs mistakes.
I then received $1000.00 that I would have missed out on due to H&Rs mistakes

Disgusting tax return. It has taken a MONTH and I have heard nothing about my tax return. Called in twice and was handled by 2 VERY rude women and was told they lodged my tax return incorrectly with the wrong office and that it would take another 2 weeks for me to receive my tax return, which leaves me without a registered vehicle, asked what they can do for me and got hung up on. DO NOT GO HERE.

If I could put minus stars I would. Tried to come in to do a tax return today & dealt with a lady named Inman. First impressions of her calling myself and my husband different names & insisting we have an appointment with her, as if we were unsure of our own names. Followed by me having a spell my short married 5 letter surname 7 full times to start a tax return, followed by her pulling up a qld file client with a completely different name and asking me again if that’s me. Was certain I’d end up with a tax audit - not return, if this lady touched our tax. Walked out after 15 minutes of disbelief. Also office is a dump in serious need of work to make it look less like a back alley shoebox. H & R block standards are seriously dropping with this place. Think I’ll do it myself this year.

I lost money by going to HR Block for my tax return. What a scam. I Could've done it myself and got more money back.

The staff here are always very helpful, informative and go above and beyond to make sure you receive the maximum return. I would suggest booking a few weeks in advance to avoid wait times. I have been going there for a couple of years now.

Allways treated well & with respect, prompt and friendly relaxing atmosphere, Hones and reliable tax deductible allowed claim only, you're not going to be considered if the right thing been claimed.

ILLEGAL SERVICE!

They insisted to calculate my income on a monthly summary document on which is well written: "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT". Also in the end of the document is written: "THE INFORMATION IN THE SUMMARY DOES NOT REFLECT YOUR PERSONAL TAX SITUATION AND IT IS INFORMATIVE ONLY. NOTHING IN THE SUMMARY CONSTITUTES TAX ADVICE NOR AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN UBER AND YOU, NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR LOCAL TAX ADVISOR OR TAX ADMINISTRATION FOR YOUR PERSONAL TAX OBLIGATIONS".

I found mismatch in the amounts paid there compared with my weekly payouts. When I disagreed and asked them to calculate my income on my weekly payouts, the reply was: "Go to other accountant".

Correct me but it is illegal to declare to ATO my income on "NOT AN OFFICIAL INVOICE OR TAX DOCUMENT" which "IS INFORMATIVE ONLY". It's ridiculous.
