H&R Block Tax Accountants - Wagga Wagga

I have been going to H&R Block for 10 years now, only for 15-20 minutes at a time but it's been wonderful to be remembered year after year. The team and good at what they do and always friendly.

I rang this office of H&R Block office twice, no answer, call rang out. Sent an emailed query and again no response.

Rang 1800 number and they could not get through

What a wonderful experience, I have been to many branches in Aus but this one tops them all! Catherine was just so incredibly warm and bubbly, she made me feel incredibly welcome from the 1st of many phone calls we had that day to the moment I stepped in the door, and Clarke who did my tax, thank you for seeing me even if I was a bit late! Lovely to chat to him whilst doing my tax, talking tax and just other things in general, he was extremely professional and is clearly great at what he does. All round, Amazing Team. See you next year!

I came in expecting to be confused, but I found their manager Clarke very friendly; he helped explain the fundamentals of my taxes and the returns I could claim. I honestly walked out somewhat understanding what my tax returns would be and why they would be like that. Would recommend.

Reception was pleasant but the accountant was not. Barely said 2 words and knew less about tax laws than I did. Waste of money.

Clarke is an amazing guy, very helpful and great knowledge in this industry. Very trustworthy guy and great to deal with. I do feel sorry for his family as he seems to almost live at the business.cheers clarke

Absolutely disgusting service. Worst place I have ever felt with at this branch. I would not bother.
