H&R Block Tax Accountants - Lismore

I wanted to support local business so tried these people. Two weeks later of chasing Frank Cherry and he only ever called me back twice with incomplete instructions on what he needed from me and when he would actually file my taxes. Why is it when people say they will 'take care of you' you know you're going to be left on the curb? If he had at any point in time said he was overwhelmed or simply can not do a job that is perfectly acceptable. As is I will be filing a complain and taking my business to more responsible accountant that value local work.

Good service, but TO EXPENSIVE.
$220 for half an hour job.it's not fear to charge that prices to humble workers who have very low incomes and wages under $25/hour. I was charged $130 on previous years around Sydney.

No one returns calls or seems to know where our tax return is?
Been with them for years but they've lost me.

I have been dealing with H&R Block for a number of years now at the Lismore NSW office and I have had great results including during a very problematic year, the staff are always friendly and they really know their job,

I can’t praise them enough and would double the star rating to 10 if I could

After 15 months of lies and false promises in relation to the completion of my simple PAYG tax amendment, I finally picked up my documents last week and will take them elsewhere. I have lodged formal complaints in relation to Mr Cherry's appalling, unprofessional practice.

Called to apologise that I was going to be late because my mechanic didn't offer a car service and the lovely lady from the office came and picked me up! Amazing customer service!

Went to h and r block for a simple tax return, was told it would take a few days. After four months of waiting and ingnoring my phone calls, I ended up going to biztax in lismore who were fantastic.
