5Got a great tax refund and the lady serving me was very polite. However the ambience in the building is terrible! So bland and depressing, I feel sorry for the staff.
Absolutely unprofessional service that cause me to pay 1.5 times more tax than I should have paid at a time. Considering I have even growing mortgage repayments it is devastating. Beware.

I won't be going back to H&R Block again. Booked an appointment and waited over an hour as they went overtime. The office manager was busy talking to clients around where they live and having a good old chat. When you pay for a service of $180 you would expect to get great service.
