We experienced terrible service at H&R block Caringbah. Long processing times, over a month to process with multiple visits, phone calls and emails to prompt completion. Feedback given to head office prompted the completion of the return only to find out it had been completed incorrectly. None of our issues were addressed by the manager.
Our experience could be an anomaly but following this ordeal we do not recommend.
