The worst tax experience of my life. I was charged $698.00 to get my tax done here in 2020/21. It was all done remotely and the woman (named Phe if I remember correctly) was completely hopeless. I was better off doing it myself. She disregarded everything I said and asked, told me my own super contributions were not tax deductible, which I found out later they very much were. She kept interrupting me over the phone to have personal conversations with other staff members. When going through other deductions she ended up submitting the wrong payments. None of my personal information felt confidential, which made me super uncomfortable. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Absolute waste of time and money.
Phe Dang has looked after our family’s tax returns for years and she makes us all feel welcome and valued.

What a waist of time! This Indian lady that I talked to was hopeless. Didn’t listen to what I had to say and talked over the top of me. Had no idea what a sub contractor was!? No idea what a electrician was!?
I had to stand up and leave half way though.
How pathetic!
How on earth anyone would hire someone like that is beyond me.
The service was excellent, it was simple to book an appointment online with my preferred accountant and they maximised my refund.
If i could give minus 5 stars i would, one of the rudest owners i have met.no idea about accounting or taxation law.
