5I have never used H&R block before but I can say with 100% certainty I will return back and I will recommend H&R block at cessnock to everyone. From the moment I walked in the door until I left I felt that I as a person mattered I just wasn’t a person getting their tax done and them getting paid to do so. The lady I dealt with was kind, friendly she rush me out the door. It was very refreshing to receive the great customer service that she gave me and she actually took time to explain in plain English what I had to do as I had lost my son and what steps I needed to take and she actually cared. Well done H&R block I will certainly be back. Thanks Kim.

I have been going to H @ R Block Cessnock for three years since moving up to the Hunter Valley 100 percent helpful and the customer service is fantastic can't fault them at all. Highly Recommend.
