Extremely poor service and very bad customer service attitude of Laura! This rude woman cancelled my bookings constantly and this office quotes me different prices. Completely misrepresented and misled customers. Laura threatened me over email by giving me three options if using her service and she said all other accountants are unavailable and forced me to use her service only. I am telling you Laura that I reserve my rights to lodge complaint to fair trading. Any word you said to customer represent your company not just your self. You need to be trained not only be an accountant but also importantly a human

Amazing, Laura has been incredibly helpful and lovely. She has given me lot's of helpful advice and steering me in the right direction. Cannot thank her enough, would definitely recommend.

My accountant, YIREN ZHANG, is very warm, welcoming, & very professional. She always explains the whole tax return process. She is very highly recommended! ️️️️️

Laura and her team were courteous and knowledgeable. I felt relaxed and not rushed to complete my tax, I was given time to ask questions and have tax rules explained if required. Thank you

So unprofessional. I have to keep following up with them, and they just don't call you back.
I started the tax return process on 21 Sep and until 11 Oct, they haven't sent through anything to sign despite saying that they will send me the forms to sign.
The form and account only came through after I called on 11 Oct to check the progress that they sent me the form to sign. After that, I left messages on the account. Called them multiple times, which they did not bother calling me back.
So unprofessional, and my return was very straight forward as well, just a single income. No idea why it is taking this long, the quickest action from them so far is taking the fees, consultation was done over the phone and charged me straight away.
I had no issue with that, but with the price they are charging and the service I am getting is totally not worth it.
I won't recommend going to them if your tax return is simple enough, might be better off doing it by yourself.

The worst service, lodged my tax over a month ago and noticed there was no paper work for me to sign. Call a couple of weeks later to be told that they required more info- as if they couldn’t call me and ask? ! Call again today as I get a reminder from mygov to lodge my tax, only to be told they are not sure why it wasn’t lodged- they had some staff changes so they couldn’t tell me why!
Charged me a fee the day I first called no problem, however have not actually provided the service I paid for- a customer shouldn’t have to be following up!
Absolute worst service, would never use or recommend.over priced and service is absolutely rubbish!

I’d like to thank Fareeha for helping me with my tax return. She was very professional, efficient and helped achieve maximum results. I highly recommended H&R block!

Extremely unprofessional service. I did my tax return last year and I did not feel that the tax agent did his best to assist my needs because it was quite busy that Saturday, so I did not return this year.
Hence, I sent them an email asking for my previous tax return a week ago but they did not bother responding.
I also called and they did not pick up the phone, I was on hold for 5 minutes. The least they could do was acknowledge that I was on the line and ask me to hold so I wouldn't have to wait not knowing if anyone would answer.

Endah and Laura were professional and friendly. They assisted me efficiently and proficiently in getting my tax returns for the last two years. I would recommend them.

We've used H&R Block Rhodes for a number of years now. Always quick, efficient, friendly. Can't speak for other branches - but recommend here.
