I have been utilising the services of H&R Block Baulkham Hills for a few years now and the service from all staff is fantastic. Amar, an accountant there, is extremely well versed in his profession and made me feel like I was getting the best possible outcome for my needs. I am sure I will be a long-term client. I met with Helen to put in a late tax return. I made a mistake with how I grouped items in my spreadsheet. She was extremely patient and friendly allowing me to make corrections and go through them with me in the office.

This was my first time as a landlord and she gave me good advice. When I couldn't claim things that I had been told by others I could she was clear and direct (but in a friendly manner) why it was so. Later I spoke to the people who had originally advised me and Helen was correct, and i couldn't claim those items (very knowledgeable).

Afterwards she gave me some resources in order to follow up with so that i could claim more next time.

In the end I came away with a tax refund and was very happy. Service was excellent and plan on making this H&R block my regular location.

I used to be served by Janelle Woodbury from 1993 until 2016.
I am now served by Susan Edge after the retirement of Janelle Woodbury.

Highly recommend, Susan in the Baulkham Hills office has been brilliant with helping us sort out our returns over the last few years. Susan is always very friendly, welcoming and a wealth of knowledge that she shares. We will be continuing to see Susan next year

I Had unexpectedly difficult taxes last year and HR Block helped very quickly get my affairs in order. I even received a (small) refund which was not expected at all. Make sure you have all your information that you need with you when you visit so they can assess your situation quicker.
