I have been using H&R block at Standhope Gardens for 6 years. My partner and I found that it's a quick process and our favourite tax agent helps us maximise our return.

Asha has been completing my tax returns for a number of years and has always been extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Ive been using hr&r block for the last 4 years. Went in for a return today to Stanhope for wife and myself. We have two kids, one of which a 10 month old.

When I spoke to my wife later I found out that at one point during the appointment, we were told to keep the kids quiet because another agent was on the phone. At the time my 6 year old was trying to talk/sing to the 10 month old because the baby was unsettled. Of course with kids there is the Giggling/expressing joy of each other’s company.

I’m sorry guys maybe you should consider opening up your wallets to invest in some doors and walls or meeting rooms if noise is such an issue as I find it unacceptable to tell your clients to get their kids to refrain from interacting. It’s not like they were running wild in there, they were very well behaved.

They’re fine as a tax agent, just don’t go in there expecting customer service.

My tax was not straight forward due to living overseas the past 14yrs the accountant was very patient and professional during my appointment

No idea what they are doing.
I paid 130 dollars to have a myself nearly owing 3000 because she didn’t know how to do her job. So much more I could say.
Then she tried to blame me for it all because I didn’t tell her how to do things she should know.worst experience

As a result of being misguided by previous consultants, resulting in audits, i decided use H&R Block Stanhope Gardens, for the first time, and ive been pleasantly surprised with their dedication, and have never looked back since. I have used them for the past 3 years, and the service and attention to detail has been exemplary, and most gratifiying. Ayisha and her team of professionals, show genuine concern, and achieve great results. All of my family and friends now use their services.

I enrolled in the individual tax return course in 2016 only for gain some knowledge in tax. The teacher (i think he is also the franchise business owner) has very strong personality. I think he is very rude, unprofessional.he keeps using f words during the lecture. I feel that I wasn't given enough respect when I ask a question. I should have enrolled this course in other offices. I paid around $700 for this course but I decided just not attend after 3 lectures. I was so disappointed and I used the material they give to study at home. I will not recommend it to any of my friends.
