The staff in this office has my highest recommendation, rarely these days do you come across ppl who embrace what true customer service really is.

I have used the services of H&R Block in every State in Australia and have been very pleased with the services they provide, especially with the offices in Sale Victoria 2017 and Wallsend NSW 2020 (this was due to the complexities of the extensive travel I had during these years).

Have been going there for years and get a good refund each year. Well done team keep up the good work
Frisch Bennet also did mine the worst ever, I had about 3 years worth of returns to do. They missed one year and after calling the ATO I need to do an adjustment on all returns done as she missed all the money I could if gotten back. They said I should get a return if around $600ish instead I got a bill for around nearly $700 which wouldn't if happened if they did their job properly or knew how to do their job. Honestly they all need to change careers as they are incompetent. Wish I could leave a minus review looking for someone to fix their stuff ups this year.
Don't go near them with a ten ft pole!
THE WORST! EVER TAX ACCOUNTANTS! I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH HERE AT H&R BLOCK 104 NELSON STREET WALLSEND! 2287 N. S. W. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATION, UNRELIABLE! YOU HAVE JUST LOST ANOTHER CLIENT THAT WILL NOT BE COMING BACK DUE TO YOUR BAD SERVICE'S!
