NEVER AGAIN will i have my tax return done by H&R Block absolute joke they havent even lodged my claim over a week and 1 day later! After checking on the ATO website i decided to call them and be told three different dates that my tax will be lodged and something about their ridiculous system on sending bags every second day to another branch to double check is the most absurd comments i have ever heard! After numerous calls to their head office and sending emails they still havent lodged my claim over a week later! BEWARE!
