7Do not go here wat a joke unprofessionalism rude and made you feel like an idiot….
I find H&R Block to excellent they are friendly and always get the best results I would recommend them to anyone.
I decided to go with H&R Block in Bathurst as I had a great experience whilst living in Melbourne. Unfortunately, the service here does not even compare. Unprofessional, sloppy and overpriced. I would've been better off doing it myself.
If i could give less than one star, i would.
Absoloutely unqualified staff. I left there being told i owed thousands to the ato, only to call the taxation office and be told to go get my money back.
Staff member did not do my return correctly and when i called her to explain where she went wrong, she said she was not qualified to carry out these instructions and was not shown how to do it when systems were upgraded 6months prior.
She carried on about how its only a 16 wk course to be trained to do tax returns, and clearly not trained well. Not accountants.you are better off doing your own tax return.
Not sure how many people she has screwed over.do not risk it!
Could not thank or recommend the staff enough for their help. Two years with them now and I know I'm in good hands and it's all done quickly and correctly.

I made an appointment. But when i turned up the lady at the desk was rude and unapologetic. Would not admit her mistake for failing to record appointment. I have had my tax returns done with this company over 5 years. But i will not be returning because of their rudness.
