3Not to be trusted！ The shop stated that trading hours were from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. None is in.
Terrible - not to be trusted
They harass you for payment before having provided any services. Once paid they stopped responding to emails and failed to provide a draft tax return for months. When a draft was finally sent through it was full of errors. I am still waiting for a second draft almost 6 months later.
They are also not across basic tax issues. I engaged them to assist with a tax offset question and ended up having to explain the concept to at least two of their consultants as they had never heard of it.
Don't bother if you trade in stocks. My consultant was confused and I ended up walking out since he was so unprofessional and unqualified.
