Luke, Grant, and the whole team are fantastic - great workmanship, extremely responsive, and know their business inside and out. We hired them for the electrical and plumbing work for a renovation, and will be bringing them in to do the HVAC work as well later this year.

Avoid at all costs

We had HA Services out recently to inspect + service our ducted air conditioning. The service man was excellent. On time, polite, professional and willing to listen and address the issues we had, WITHOUT pressuring us to have any “extras”.

This included offering two options for a replacement filter, explaining the pro’s and con’s of each etc.

The fixed price service was very reasonable, and having the technician call in on his way home to install the replacement filter was really kind.

I would highly recommend this company.

I had 2 ceiling exhaust fans replaced with HQ services and found that they value their customers and communicate well at every stage of a job, including in my case a follow up issue that was unrelated to the original work.

Option 2 (electrical) on their land line was going to message bank when trying to call them last I checked, worth ringing a few times to get through.

My ducted air con broke down during the extreme hot weather recently and they squeezed me in so quickly to diagnose the problem.
I then went ahead with this company after such a good experience with replacement of my ducted system and the installers were great! Even battled the rain to make sure my install was completed! Very happy customer and would highly recommend! Special shout out to the office lady Sarah! She went above and beyond!

I was referred to Luke by one of my neighbour. Luke contacted me and visited our place to discuss and understand our requirements.
During his visit, Luke arrived on time and was patient enough to discuss and provide us with good suggestions to think and agree on our requirement. After the visit, Luke had captured all our requirements accurately and the quote supplied to us was highly professional with competitive pricing. After reviewing the quote we decided to engage HQ Services to complete the job.
Due to the scope our job it was completed in 3 days as promised. On each day the boys were punctual and always went above and beyond while delivering the job. Luke has assisted us with installation of power points, downlights, fans with light, sensor lights, pendant and chandeliers. The boys after end of each day always tidy up our place. Luke and his team of apprentices were always a pleasure to deal with, with their professionalism, meticulous work, politeness and tidiness.

Luke has done a lot of electrical work for us. Jake from HQ services was prompt friendly and honest, he detailed his installation process and provided a fixed fee to install our 14kW Daikan ducted Air conditioner with Wi-Fi which we absolutely love!

The team removed the old unit and then arrived early (7am) on the scheduled day to install the new unit, they worked quickly to complete the work. They protected our belongings with drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves.
It took them less than 6 hours to complete the install in our single story 3 bedroom house which had 7 outlets and 2 zones configured.

I would recommend HQ Services to anyone looking to install an air conditioner.
