17I am disappointed how they have been very quick to take your money but don't reply. I have emailed and no reply back to to book the service man to come out. Its been over 3 weeks and i can't get in touch with them via telephone. This company is terrible and i have asked for a refund. Still waiting. Please be aware of this company.
A disaster movie of the Luna Park Ghost Train fire is how I would describe Hewlett Packard.
Tired of the difficulties dealing with this company to get warranty and support. As I am writing this now, I have waited 32 plus minutes and still no answer. A local representative calls me and says - call back on this number, I try and it says - this number cannot take any incoming calls. So much for onsite extra premium warranty. Its not worth the paper it is printed on.
On the same issues, I have already spend a couple of hours yesterday trying to get it resolved.
Laserjet Pro - stitch-up with toner pricing - it's nearly double the price of non-genuine AND they send updates through to make non-genuine toner cartridges inoperable (I had some that worked fine for 6 months and then one day, randomly, it was all over). The result - I have just paid $180 for a black cartridge and $458 for 3 coloured toners so I can use my printer.
Non genuine products. Only lasts upto warranty period. Strongly do not recommend any product of HP.
Not a good service at all. To start, the HP Spectre X360 was full of problems, noisy hinge, repetetive crashes, screen flicker, etc. And even then, it took over 6 months to fix the laptop after every part being wrong. Ended up receiving a replacement which has been just as problematic. Would never buy HP again.
What terrible Customer Service.waiting for over 6 weeks for toner cartridge delivery. Totally unacceptable! Rotten Company.have spent over an hour to get to talk to someone about it, and eventually spoke to someone in the Philippines who wasn't able to help. You CANNOT contact anyone at Head Office - Australia.apparently they are too busy to speak with their customers. Never again, HP.
Returned a laptop for blue screening and taking 5 minutes to start up.now my desktop is doing the same thing! I wish I read the reviews before getting another HP computer as I cant return it and will not send it away as it takes 6 weeks to get back. Its better in the trash.
Terrible customer service. Issue with webcam and I have called customer service more than 10 times, only to be told someone will call me but no one has. Initial call to mention issue til now has been one month - and still no response.
Also, for a $3000+ "premium" notebook, the webcam quality is worse than my first ever camera phone. Much regret purchasing this HP Spectre x360.

An HP software update corrupted Windows 10 on a brand new notebook (Pavillion), (HP Support) is very difficult to get hold off. Tried to phone them many times, but no luck speaking to them.
I would give this no stars if i could. Gave me a faulty laptop to begin with with dead pixels inside, tried to get it fixed but customer service team were terrible and i kept going back and forth with them because they had no idea what they were talking about. Would never buy from this company again and if you are reading this, do yourself a favour and go to a different company. So disappointed.
Worst service from HP call center from India. Very poor customer service. Calls getting hang up and no one bother to give a call. Tried to speak to service tech but background noise terrible. Most of the time they saying system is down.
No Hp product next time.
Support is extremely difficult. Can not get an Australian number and Philippines support is very limited with long time delays in the phone call. Very frustrating.
Extremely disappointing customer support and poor quality product that didn't even last the Warranty period. HP Australia happy to take the $2000 for the Laptop but when their product has major quality issues, they treat their customers poorly. First and last HP Laptop or any other HP product that we will ever buy and will continue to warn people to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

I recently purchase an ENVY laptop with heating problems after the first week.
Customer service managers promise call back and further assistance but NEVER called back, i had to call them 20 times total of 9.5 hours of calls AND still problem not solved
Do not buy a HP! Customer service is in the Philippines and they are terrible. I have been trying to sort out problems for over a month and they are absolutely the worst. Do not put yourself through it. 1 star only because it wouldn't post otherwise
