Such a great idea to put everything under one roof! This facility is open seven days a week and he’s very inspirational for homebuilders and renovated. Definitely worth checking out

My hubby and went to HIA today and the lovely friendly gentleman who greeted us was such a great help. Ian directed us in the direction of what we were after and gave us some really great information. Ian was very professional and we did not feel any pressure. We walked out of there with some great ideas and good local companies to contact. Lots of places closed today so it was awesome to be able to research in one convenient location. Cannot recommend Ian and HIA enough and we will visit again for sure

Love this place for home design ideas. The displays change semi-regularly so sometimes not quite as inspiring as others.

Very disappointing. It was messy, with materials stacked all over the floor. Quite a few spots with empty displays and staff not very helpful or engaging

Very interesting and helpful place with good receptionist and good displays. Plenty of parking. Very quiet on a Monday morning

They are updating some of the displays, but there is so much more information to be gained and ideas to be found.

Always great to come and get design inspiration when building a new house and getting the samples you need to be able to go and build your inspiration board.

Certainly worth a visit to this display centre for housing. It's free which is great. A user friendly system where you collect a card at entry which has numbers relating to every display. Just circle the number of display you are interested in and for more info, counter staff will provide relevant brochures on way out. Lots to see and even samples of laminate, polytec etc can be taken. Excellent range relating to new build or renovating projects.

Great displays - went there check out the Hanstone, as its not displayed in many places in Newcastle yet.

The product displays are great but don't expect to stay until advertised closing time as staff close-up early so that they can leave at the advertised closing time. Annoying!
