Their customer service is unbeatable. Jana and the rest of the team were so nice to us, from showing the showroom to guiding us through the products. I made the order in the morning and they had it delivered in 3-4 hours. Here's what the bamboo fencing looks like on our backyard.

Do NOT use this company. Terrible customer service, poor workmanship and when they make errors they do not resolve the issue as they already have your money. They are dismissive and don't care about quality.

One minor point with regard to building video is the necessity to instal horizontal support wiring. Think it is beneficial to add additional battens in lieu of same to enable stretching and strengthening of the vertical reeds.

I had a great experience with House of Bamboo. They provided a range of options for me to consider in relation to a privacy screen. I could have installed it myself but I took up the option of their installation service. The whole experience was great. Special mention to Arri Roumeliotis who provided excellent presales service.

From a warm sales experience with Arri who supported visualisation and design and build consultation with Jennifer & Hayden, and final build with Hayden and Berk this was a seamless experience with a cleverly designed, high quality product. A slightly trickier residential screen retrofitted over existing pylons on an older property with very few right angles was met with enthusiasm. The quality of the product met with the quality of the service and commitment to a great design outcome and final build in spite of lockdowns which were all managed very sensitively. Thanks to the team.

Sales staff friendly but owner is rude and doesn't honour commitments. Waited on large order of Natureed, paid 10% deposit, then after six weeks they returned deposit. Found out she sold my order to another landscape gardener who had a rush job and offered to pay more than our agreed price. Better off at Bunnings!
